Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort

Fantastic

Pros: The location, clean, great facilities 2nd time back The staff go above and beyond

Cons: A lot of steps if you have poor mobility

Great place and well located

Pros: Plenty of pools, bars and restaurants, tea and coffee machine free in reception

Cons: Loads of stairs, but porters there to take cases which was a big help

All in all it was a very relaxing stay

Pros: Location, location, location. Just a block away from the beach. The room was cleaned daily and complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries given. The Staff were all friendly and helpful. Taxis or Tuk Tuks across the street if required. Local buses a short walk away. Restaurants and markets a short walk away. It was my Birthday during our stay and I was given a small bouquet of orchids and a fruit platter which was much appreciated.

Cons: There are a lot of stairs leading to the lift and combined with the Thailand heat and humidity made it difficult for us old folk to walk up. They are uneven and pebbled which inflicted a bad wound on my husband's leg when he tripped up them. Even though we were on a Non smoking floor, most of the other 5 rooms next to us smoked. We did complain to Reception and they sent a letter to those people but most of the time they kept smoking.

Pleasant, great resort and excellent service!

Pros: The staff were amazing and so helpful! We had great service from all of them, but especially Jessica at the restaurant and Yve at Front Desk. The report is very family oriented and exceeded our expectations.

Cons: Better quality of toilet paper in the bathroom. 2 ply would be great

lovely hotel in a central location

Pros: lovely hotel in a central location. Probably wouldn't suit people with mobility issues as the hotel complex is on a hill, so even reception to pool is steps etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We again enjoyed our stay with an excellent room and fantastic staff.

Pros: Tasty breakfast with good selection and service. Very clean and recently renovated room with great views.

Cons: Pillows smelly but happily renewed. Bath towels worn but clean.

Excellent service will return again

Pros: Mostly, the friendly staff really get to know you personally. Also, the location is amazing being an easy walk to everything that Karon Beach has to offer.

Comfortable, clean and good value

Pros: Very comfortable and good value for money 👍🏻 The stuff was very helpful and accommodating. Just 5 minute walk to the beach.

Pros: Basic but comfortable rooms that were cleaned every day by friendly staff Really good breakfast buffet Location - easy walk to beach or shops, 10 mins to Patong Very helpful and friendly staff Great value
