Fantastic hotel near the beach with welcoming staff

Pros: Great hotel. The location was perfect being near to the beach. Staff were extremely caring which made it feel very welcoming. Hotel room was amazing, great facilities like Netflix, aircon, comfy bed. Highly recommend.

Cons: Only downside was we had to leave a large deposit of 4000 bah in cash which was a bit inconvenient but understandable.

Perfect stay with a helpful staff and near everything you need

Pros: The staff was superb! They were supportive and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and had a good selection and variety. The location is good with good food and massage places right across or a short walk, the beach is a 10 minute walk.

Cons: Everything at the hotel all great. The sewage smell around the area is the only thing we didn't like.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, which made our stay even more pleasant. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. A special thank you to Phu, who was absolutely amazing, very kind, caring, and always ready to help. He gave us excellent advice for the Koh Phi Phi excursion. It was absolutely beautiful and one of the best experiences of our trip. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Amazing hotel and staff

Pros: Large rooms and clean rooms with nice staff. Best hotel and value for money

Cons: The service staff did not clean room when asked, we did not receive fresh towells.

Pros: Good stay, very short but the hotel was nice, staff were very well mannered and made sure I was taken care of and very on point

Cons: The pool is really small, so is the breakfast area. If avoiding russian guests is a priority for you, stay away from it / karon altogether

Comfort and convenient

Pros: New spacious rooms, walking distance to main Karon town n beach. Staff were really friendly. Loved the free shuttle to Patong, kata beach and Old Phuket

Cons: The room is nice but played out funny. The bed to the wall is really narrow to get through and the toilet paper handle in the main bathroom can poke u if ur not careful
