Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, but the hotel does not have an elevator.

Cons: The hotel is close to Kamala Beach, but you have to cross the main road, which can be quite dangerous.

Pros: The hotel is excellent for a family like ours (2 adults and 3 children). The beach is huge and just a 3-minute walk away. The double room is very spacious. The pool is very large, ideal for children. The staff is incredibly friendly, a special thank you to Jine for her warm welcome, helpfulness, and kindness. Merci

Pros: Room was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful from reception, alway smile with greeting since we reach hotel, it was a great stay even short time. will be beck.

Pros: Rooms were great and the pool was fantastic. Very close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful .

Cons: There wasn’t any real bacon or pork dishes , instead it was processed chicken.

Great family stay with large beds and a great pool side vibe

Pros: Very large and comfortable beds, spacious living room and kitchen, great tvs, nice pool area, good kids club, breakfast had a good variety, staff was friendly, lovely green areas and lounging spots.

Cons: Kitchen service was slow. Certain floor areas are not cleaned properly and pavement needs to be replaced. Not easy to cross the road to reach the beach. The back verandah of the rooms was not clean. The cleaning staff would leave the room dishes outside for too long. Pool slide was in a bad state, needs to be repainted.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, especially Fah who helped us so much. There’s lots for the kids to do and great entertainment. Brilliant hotel will be back

Pros: Great vacation! We had a wonderful stay. The staff is very kind and welcoming, especially Gine, who is always smiling and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a lift, which would make the stay even better.

Very helpful staff, very family friendly and felt safe with children.

Pros: Suites are good locations for families as they are on the pool level, meaning no going back up and down stairs to collect things. Very helpful staff.

Cons: Both locks on our door were broken on arrival, due to traffic we didn’t arrive until 10pm, it took until 2am to fix. Which then broke the next day and we had to have it broken off of the door as we could not get inside our room. Also a family were sick 3/4 times around the pool, in the pool overflow and continued to swim, staff saw and did nothing, we and other families left the pool due to this.

Fantastic Experience, We’ll Be Back

Pros: We were here last year as well. When we decided to come to Phuket again—our sixth trip to Phuket—Radisson was the only hotel I checked for availability. There was no availability for five nights in the same room, so I had to make two separate reservations. When we arrived, they managed to combine the two reservations and even upgraded us. I love this place. The room was wonderful, the staff were great and very helpful, everything was very clean, and the hotel is close to the beach. Next time, I will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Noting to say. perfect place for me. I think this place is underrated; it deserves higher ratings.
