Pros: Lovely staff. Comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean. Free tea and toast. Superb location. Thoroughly recommend.

Cons: Watch out for scam messages using Booking.com’s messaging service and demanding money through imitation payment page. Booking.com take no responsibility and don’t reply to formal complaints about this endemic issue. I would recommend using other travel sites to book this great hotel.

A great place to stay , a family run place who work hard to make sure to have a great stay.

Pros: The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. James who is at the hub of everything does really well, he is everywhere and does his best to help in anyway he can, thank you James for making my stay a great one. His team for the bar are also friendly and helpful. The accommodation team work really well and keep the place clean and tidy, thank to you also Khung Fi , Mamma 1 and Mamma 2 It’s located close to the beach and bars and restaurants nearby. My shower was good , wifi good and reliable. Bedding was great , firm bed and lovely pillows. This place does really well at making the simple things that matter great. Cons: This is a lovely place to stay , it’s a friendly family place , and I think the bookings should reflect this. Most places in Thailand are swamped by Russians and it’s such a shame as their behaviour leaves a lot to be desired, enough said.

Excellent stay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! Proud owner, he greeted us when we arrived. The entire place is very well-managed and spotless—cleaner than some five-star hotels we’ve stayed in. We loved the decor, especially the beautiful new floor tiles. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommended!

Cons: The location is fantastic with plenty of shops nearby, and very close to beach, which is very convenient. Since it’s in a central area, you will however hear some occasional car or tuk-tuk noise.

Pros: Friendly people, clean room, good shower pressure, drinking water in room with fridge, good location. Tea and coffee and toast in morning was complimentary, wasn’t expecting that.

Pros: Расположение очень удобное, все в пешей доступности: пляж, магазины, кафе, рестораны, массажные салоны. Номер чистый, кровати удобные, белоснежное белье, душ с хорошим напором воды, жидкое мыло, шампунь, холодильник, фен, зона кухни на этаже с доступом в течении дня к горячей воде для чая, кофе, микроволновка, тостер, есть хлеб, порционное масло, джемы, на завтрак можно сделать тосты. Персонал приветливый вежливый! Пребыванием в отеле в целом довольны!

Cons: Вечером немного шумно, пользовались берушами.

Pros: Grand lit, des étagères, bon emplacement (plage et centre). Propre, terrasse collective sympa pour se poser au dessus de la rue.

Cons: Il manquait un tabouret ou une étagère pour les affaires quand on se douche.
