Nice room, very central

Pros: The room was spacious and clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Also, the location was great, just few minutes away from the beach and from many restaurants/cafes

Cons: There was a bit of a cigarette smell in the bathroom

Pros: Location is excellent restaurant on the ground nice and clean floor good food

I could not be more happy

Pros: The property is simple but clean with its own restaurant. It is placed very well facilitating access to the beach the shops etc. The staff are marvellous and helped me out when I became ill with a sickness bug. I cannot praise this place enough.

Cons: If I was being picky I would have liked hot drink making facilities however these can be obtained from downstairs but not for first drink due to not opening till twelve.

Great stay 20 days

Pros: The stay in this hotel was fantastic. The lady who cleaned my room and all the staff were very Very good Would stay here again great locwith shops and the beach all close.

Great value for money stay .

Pros: The lady in control was very helpful and pleasant. All her staff were too. It was like they were family and all pulling together. It was a very nice clean experience and I would definitely stay there again. It was a real home from home experience.

Cons: There seemed to be a slight noise at night perhaps with the boiler but it didn't wake me up although I could hear it. The bed was a bit lumpy but I noticed a few new mattresses in the hallway so it looked like that problem would be fixed very soon. It was a huge bed too! Very large! There wasn't a light switch near the bed so you had to walk from the door in the dark after sitting the light off. A small table lamp would have been a great help. The shower was off centre and would have been an easy fix. Just little things like that would have made it nicer. All in all it's a lovely guest house with great staff and I was happy with my stay. These are constructive comments and if the small things mentioned were done it would be an even better place!

Pros: The staffs are very nice. The room so clean. The food is very yummy. Very close to the patong beach. We love it.

Well priced hotel in good location close to beach & services

Pros: Good location - close enough for a look but far enough away from the seedy streets of Patong. Plenty of shops & food immediately you step out of hotel. Large, clean room, fridge. Asked for a kettle, VG wifi. Only stairs if you need to consider this. Water & toilet paper left every day. Scooter rental close by. 7/11 & Tops across the road. Quiet enough for sleeping. Good hotel for price. Have a cafe on ground floor ( I didn’t use but was popular). Reception good English and helpful
