We had a fantastic stay at the resort with the kids and I’ll definitely be recommending it to everyone.

Pros: The staff were lovely and kind, and the resort had great amenities. The breakfast was wonderful too! We have such good memories.

Cons: I didn’t like the smell of humidity in our room :( I kept coughing

Perfect location for the start of a family vacation in Thailand!

Pros: The resort has an amazing pool area with a great kids club close by. It is greatly located with Kamela beach 5min away by taxi and the other main areas of phuket around 20min away. It is still very calm at the resort. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

Cons: The beach was in Thai comparisons ok, but not amazing.

Pros: We loved the family rooms, perfect for our family of 5. Breakfast was great with lots of selection. We really liked the location, a haven away from the madness of Kamala beach. And whilst other reviewers didn't love the beach we thought it was brilliant, great for snorkeling when the tide was in and exploring the incredible rock pools when the tide was out. Staff were generally very friendly and kind. A big shout out to Marat at the Marine Biology centre for his patience and wealth of knowledge, our eldest son had a blast attending the camp.

Cons: Only feedback is the pool opening hours. Would be great if it opened earlier in the morning for a pre-breakfast swim. Food and drink was also a little pricey but what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel.

Pros: I’ve liked the layout and views and large pool. The staff were very kind and attentive. The rooms were spotless and modern and looked right.

Cons: The property itself externally, looks tired and not in line with the Hyatt brand. You stop seeing the cracks after a while but it is very obvious when you first arrive. This I think is the same across all high end resorts in Phuket. Material and finish quality is poor and not refreshed after years, just left. Painting external surfaces which need refreshing or upgrading in black paint seems to be the norm. Black paint on concrete surrounding pool beds is not a wise choice. It’s not slip resistant or heat resistant. A muddier grey colour would be more a better choice or some high quality pavers. The pillows…..very uncomfortable. They are feather and compress into a flat nothing. They were cause of very broken sleeps.
