Staff were lovey and the breakfast is excellent.

Pros: Loved our room, it was cool and comfortable and very quiet, despite the hotel being very busy.

Cons: Not enough pool side lounges. So we tried the other pool on level 5 but there is not one umbrella or shaded area so it gets extremely hot!

Large resort not super far from the beach

Pros: Excellent breakfast; exceptional staff from housekeeping, reception, restaurant to the tourist desk; comfortable beds; good location in the heart of the action. Short walk to the beach. Good paid airport transport service.

Cons: Towels should be picked up off the chairs around the pool more regularly when no people are there. The tiles around and in the pool itself are very slippery.

Pros: Spacious room on the 6th floor with a sea view. Very comfortable bed, great shower. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Pros: Beautiful hotel Fabulous facilities Gorgeous room. Decorated to celebrate a big birthday with birthday cake. Such a lovely touch. Really appreciated. Delicious breakfast. Loved The rooftop pool with stunning views & happy hour 5-7pm. Amazing staff

Amazing stay at Panan!

Pros: Everything was amazing at this hotel! Attentive staff, spacious and clean rooms. Very nice breakfast. Location was also perfect. We stayed here for 6 nights and we absolutely loved it. Would come back again. My favourite was the balcony with the mountain view!

Pros: The location was in the middle of so many great restaurants. It was close to the beach and long boat access.

Pros: Staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. We enjoyed the sky bar pool and location was very central to beaches, restaurants, markets, etc.

Cons: Did not like the view from our room. It overlooked a parking lot. The bed was hard and a bit uncomfortable.
