Overall great location in Ao nang with excellent facilities
Pros: Comfortable spacious room. The mattress was amazing! Tasty cooked breakfast was included in our booking, a good variety offered in the menu. Nice little coffee shop area open all day with an outside terrace onto the street. Staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly .

Pros: Location is the best, I will say. Everything is close by. Ao nang beach is a 3-minute walk. Rooms are clean and well ventilated. With a 3-star hotel, it's worth spending.y8
Cons: Breakfast is limited with very few options. We booked for 2Adult+2kids, Every morning, we need to request an additional towel. Receptionists keep saying booking is for 3 people, so aminety, which only includes towels, will be provided for 3 people only. Every time I have to show them booking made for 4ppl.

Good location, good service, and a reliable choice in Krabi.
Pros: Great stay at Kokotel Krabi! Super location, very good service, and a big shout-out to housekeeping and the front office team for being helpful and professional.
Cons: One point that could be improved is the breakfast. Although breakfast is included, for a hotel of this standard we expected a buffet option. We understand the à la carte concept, however the inclusions were inconsistent. For example, sometimes items like pancakes or croissants were included, and other times they were not, depending on the staff. This was confusing, as guests should clearly know what they are entitled to. Breakfast is an important meal for many guests, so we feel the breakfast options and inclusions should be reviewed for better clarity and consistency.

Pros: Very clean, the people were always with a smile, very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious! The property was clean and the location very convenient! I highly recommend it!

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Very nice location. In a minimal set up, they have tried to do the best in the space that they have.
Cons: We had some heavy luggage and were with kids. It would have been nice if they had helped us with the luggage during checkin. But that is a minor point. Overall a very good value for money and excellent location.

A funky hotel with a great breakfast but prepare for a late night
Pros: A nice and funky hotel with a great pool on a rooftop
Cons: It is on a noisy street so not much sleep until 2am if your room is facing a street.

Worth the money
Pros: The room is clean with city view. The staffs were helpful. Very good location. Walking distance to muslim food restaurant and beach. 2km with 30-40 minutes required to walk to Ao Nang Landmark. Overall its worth the money.

Good value for money and a nice stay
Pros: Friendly smiling staff, not many people at the swimming pool, free pool towels, spacious room, water dispenser at each floor. Great cafe downstairs, so it was easy to get a good coffee each morning
Cons: The pressure in the shower was poor and it was taking long time to set a right temperature. This hotel needs to renovate the shower system

Cons: The mattress was completely sunken in that I could feel the springs. Woke up every day with pain in my back Also awful pillows Be aware that the street is very loud cause it’s in a central location. I could hear the bars and clubs until very late
