Excellent, will definately recommend

Pros: Excellent location. We stayed in a room with a Balcony, room was well kept and clean. Breakfast had a good spread. Overall stay was wonderful. Our room was little uphill & the hotel provided with buggy pickup & drop. So no complaints.

Perfect start of holiday!

Pros: The accommodation was excellent, the room was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly. The location is great — everything is close by (the beach, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby).

Cons: The only minor issue was that the pool water was very cloudy, but that probably says more about poorly behaved guests.

Exceptional Customer Service , Wonderful Hospitality

Pros: The location was beautiful and very convenient, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. I would like to sincerely thank the team for their outstanding cooperation. I had originally booked for three nights, but due to an emergency, I needed to shorten my stay to two nights. Even though the reservation was non-refundable, they kindly accommodated my request and modified the booking for me. I truly appreciate their understanding and flexibility. I would also like to thank Booking.com customer service for their quick response and support. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only small downside was the breakfast. It was not very varied, and most of the dishes were Indian cuisine, so the options were somewhat limited for my preference.

Satisfied and amazing experience

Pros: Location is the best. Hotel is close to Ao Nang beach, walkable distance.

Cons: I was given the room which required small repairs though. Overall stay is amazing

Fabulous Stay

Pros: We loved staying at Holiday Inn. Great location. Breakfast really good lots of variety. Pools are great. Kids loved the slides. Definitely recommend.

Pros: Excellent and prompt staff. Extremely good location. Rooms were comfy and clean. Staff were prompt and responded to every query and request.

Nice family friendly hotel in Ao Nang, not luxurious.

Pros: The location is perfect, basically on the main street but away enough not to hear the noise! Pool was nice but too small and without data on chlorine, pH and similar.

Cons: First we got a room overlooking the main street which was unbearable so asked for another and got one furthest away, which was nice but it was basically on the ground floor and couldn’t keep balcony door open at all. The view was in the steep forest hill (very very close) and many rats were around so not very smart to keep the balcony door open. Good door screen would have solved the problem! Also, corridors and stairs within the buildings are very plain, looks cheap and unappealing. Rooms are quite small, but ok. A bit of refurbishment would do well!

Pros: Location, friendly staff, facilities and food selection.

Pros: Great breakfast, very helpful staff. Highly recommend booking trips and excursions through the travel office present at the hotel. Tidy rooms.

Cons: The hotel is quite large, moving in between various parts of the resort requires some time and energy. There is a small shuttle bus to take you up, but logistics could be improved by adding one more elevator.

Hotel is well located.

Pros: Breakfast was great. A big selection of foods. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Staff communicated in English, which was nice. The room was well cleaned, even during busy check-in periods.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
