Blue View House Phi Phi

Pros: We had a room at the top of the hotel which had a wonderful view of the island from the balcony. We had to walk up a lot of steps to get to our room each day, but it was worth it for the view. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Very walkable to the pier and all the bars and restaurants in the main area. Would stay again.

Pros: Reasonably priced lodging on an expensive island. Clean, well air conditioned room with a nice view over the island. Drinking water delivered every day. Let the owner know when are you arriving in advance so they can organize a transport of your luggage - thats extremly helpful considering how many stairs you have to climb in order to get to your room.

Cons: Not for the week - to get to our room we had to climb 161 stairs and it still wasn't a room on the highest level. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for elderly, disabled and families with strollers

Pros: Excellent staff, beautiful view from room, spacious room, cleaners came every day. Lots of stairs so be prepared.

Pros: A quiet place, comfortable and a very nice view from the apartment

Cons: You have to walk a bit up the stairs, but there are people helping you with your luggage

Pros: When we arrived, the staff were waiting for us and helped us with our luggage. The views are incredible, and everything was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was very poor. You could hear everything from one room to another, so we had to sleep with earplugs. There are quite a lot of stairs, so it’s not suitable for everyone, but the views are worth it.

Cons: This is not a disadvantage, but keep in mind hotel is located on the hill and you may struggle with steps. Do not recommend to older people or others with mobility issues. Nonetheless hotel staff will carry your luggages up/downstairs upon arrival and departure - let them know your arrival details earlier

Pros: The room is quite comfortable, the balcony view is great, allowing you to see the 2 sides of Phi Phi beaches;

Cons: The access to the accommodation is really hard (more than 200 steps to go up). On the check in there was a friendly guy from hotel staff to help with luggage, however every time I thought about going to the beaches or to the restaurants it was a hard decision, due to the difficulty to return back to the room.

Cons: Cons: \t•\tMany stairs: not suitable for elderly guests or people with knee or health issues \t•\tWithout this amazing view, the stairs would probably not be worth it, especially for rooms without a similar view
