Minimal House Patong

Pros: 5 minutes by walk to BanglaRoad and very near to a lot of shops, restaurants, massages centres and so on. Enough clean and quiet.

Good place to stay for solo travelers

Pros: If you don't expect great comfort, I think it's a good value for money. The bed was large and the air conditioning worked well. Price/performance ratio ist moderate.

Cons: The room was pleasant in a small building, but the lack of staff at check-in was a drawback. If you want to communicate, you have to email and wait a day. When I had a dispute and tried to contact Booking.com, they also responded a day later. If you want a quiet room, let them know in advance, otherwise you might end up like me, staying on the ground floor and being exposed to street noise.

Great location and value for money

Pros: I was staying for over a month, great value for money, 10 minutes to the beach, good wifi, nice view, located on the main street, but a little in the alley so it is very quite. Near the apartment there are 7 elevens, mall, good spas etc. Stuff is very friendly.

Cons: The only downside is that it is not recommended to leave food in open, because there're ants that come from the outside and they quickly build trails to whenever you have food. Also that is not related to the propery itself - but the Patong Beach area is quite touristy

Pros: Very convenient. Situated in a good location, near everything but quiet at night. Rooms are very well furnished.

Pros: Very good location, nice and clean room with ac and fridge. Possibility of checking in earlier and leaving the luggages after check out. Friendly staff.

Cons: Toilet was splashing water out of nowhere.

Great budget stay

Pros: Great value for Money and clean and comfortable Good aircon

Pros: The location was spot on close to bangala road, room was bit small but it was okay.

I'd definitely recommend to stay here

Pros: It is a great hotel. I spend there 1 month and I was working from it. Good value for money. Great location and quiet street. It's like 5 minutes from the shopping centre. 7 minutes from the beach. 2 minutes from 7/11. The cleaning lady is very kind. Easy check-in and check-out. All the neighbours were good. Clean sheets and room. Wi-fi was very good. The shower was also great. The AC worked properly. I had the room with the small balcony. Be careful, if you want to close the door you need to press the bottom first inside the room and then close it outside. A lot of tourists struggle with that.

Cons: if you don't open the window there is the smell of mould but i think all the cheap hotels have it inside

Clean and comfort. Close to the busy streets.

Pros: Quick booking, quick check in, clean room, nice bed and great AC.

Cons: Unlike the picture there is a big net hanging in front of the balcony (preventing birds). Disturbs the view somewhat.

Good value for money.

Pros: 1. Very clean and bright room. 2. Good working AC. 3. Nice location; 10 minutes walk to the beach or Patong Beach. 4. Easy check in and check out process. 5. No problem with the noise.

Cons: Tall building with no lift. Kettle in the room would be nice.
