Switzerland 🇨🇭

Neue hochwertige Wohnung für max. 5 Personen

Pros: Neues und sehr geräumiges Apartment in einem neuen Wohnblock. Sehr modern und der Ausbaustandard ist sehr hoch. Sehr saubere Wohnung und ein sehr grosser Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Esstisch. Lage gut - in 5 bis 10 Gehminuten ist man bei Restaurants und Einkausmöglichkeiten. Zum belebten Strand sind es auch ca. 10 Minuten. Handtücher,Bettwäsche, gut ausgestattete Küche. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage, einen Deckenventilator und einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Checj-in Infos waren gut und Schlüsselkarten lagen im Briefkasten in Building 1.

Cons: Keine Utensilien zum sauber machen wie Besen,Schaufelchen etc. Kein Küchentuch um Geschirr zu Trocknen. Keine Ersatzbeutel für Mülleimer in Toiletten. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Einzelbett - wir waren 6 Personen und 1 Person musste auf der Couch schlafen. Nur 1 sehr kleine Bratpfanne und 1 kleiner Toof in der Küche vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage für einen Besen war die Antwort: gibt es nicht. Eine zusätzliche Reinigung kostet 1400 Baht. Mit ein wenig mehr Fingerspitzengefühl holt diese Unterkunft immer 9 und 10 Punkte - hoffe diese Inputs werden umgesetzt.

Excellent séjour hautement recommandé.

Pros: Tout est parfait, excellent séjour. Propreté impeccable, équipement haut de gamme. Tout est neuf et moderne comme sur les photos. Appartement très grand, grande terrasse magnifique. Lits très confortables. On a bien profité de la piscine sur le toit. Plage, commerces à proximité, à quelques minutes à pied. Navette gratuite pour aller en ville. Résidence avec sécurité. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, joignable à tout moment et réponse rapide. Hautement recommandé.

Cons: Rien tout était parfait.
