Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was unwell during my stay and they treated me like family, especially the reception staff who took me to the hospital in the middle of the night 🙏🙏. Thank you very much to all the staff.

Pros: Good location, good staff, friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed very much and thanks for all!

Cons: Maybe room cleaning staff should be more concerned about what is a trash and what is not. But I am not mad at all! Cleaning lady throw away my SIM card, but it’s not a problem. I don’t take this as something negative, but that is only thing that catches my eye. 👍😄

Almost perfect but can be improved

Pros: everything was quite comfortable and staff was super nice

Cons: some of the beds only have small lockers, there were water outages almost every day, there was some borderline aggressive annoying guy in our room (not sure if staff can do anything about that, because he paid for the room)
