Would recommend for budget hotel

Pros: Really good budget stay. For about £20 a night, JB House Patong offered great value for money. It’s in a convenient central location, but just far enough from the main strip that it stays quiet at night. Everything was exactly what you’d expect for the price, clean and comfortable, and we ended up extending our stay by another night. A great option if you’re looking for something affordable in Patong.

Decent Budgeg Hotel

Pros: Great value for money. For around £20 a night, JB House Patong was a solid budget option. The location is very central but still far enough away from the main strip to avoid the noise, which was perfect for us. Everything was spot on for the price, and we even decided to stay an extra night. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for an affordable place in Patong.

Comfortable and clean.

Pros: I loved the location, the place is near the beach surrounded by great places to eat, especially the coffee shop next door. It was very easy to check in, the room was up to standard, clean, fresh, and tidy. It has a mini fridge, perfect to keep drinks cold, love the policy of not smoking in the room and facilities.

Cons: The only thing I can think of was to change the lock or make it a bit more sturdy. They have cctv cameras in every floor, staff is there from 9am to 6pm and I kept everything on the safe locker box, but I was a bit nervous for larger objects since the rooms are basically open to anyone who wants to enter.

Overall Good Place to stay and value for Money.

Pros: This place is situated in the centre point of Patong, stone throw away from Beach and the main Hustle and Bustle of Bangla Road and tons of food places. The place is managed by a small Team. They don't have a 24 Hr. reception but the directions were very clear for us during the Check-In and Check-Out. They do communicate via Whatsapp and it was easy for us to get in touch with them.
