Koh Yao Modern Inn -SHA Plus

Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely - clean, good size and great value for money. Also very close location to sand bay beach and local town but not noisy.

Cons: Nothing, all was great.

Great value near Laem Haad Beach

Pros: Good location, near the pier, Laem Haad Beach and 7/11. Comfortable and modern room. Clean room, comfortable bed and a huge shower. Great staff.

Cons: Bathroom didn't have a window so it was quite dark. Property is right off the main street and neighbours can be loud.

Pros: Nice room with terrace overlooking garden; really helpful owner (arranged moped hire, massage and boat trip); and good location within walking distance of the village. We really appreciated the free pick up and drop off to the water taxi!

A lovely short stay in a lovely location

Pros: Loved the individual bungalows set in well kept gardens

Cons: Nothing not to like. A pool would have been the icing on the cake

Pros: Run by a lovely, very accommodating couple. The room was spotless and comfortable.

Pros: Very nice host, he organized a perfect trip to Hong island for us starting at 6am so it was tranquil and not many people around. He also drove us to a restaurant 2km away and picked us up again without accepting even a tip. The rooms are very clean and wifi is working well. Restaurant options in walking distance. Motorbike rental is available as well.

Cons: You are some distance away from the beaches, but it's only 5-10 Min by bike or car.

Pros: Owners where so helpful and tried there upmost to accomadate us in every way. Even woth the language barrier. The room was basic but very clean.

Cons: The fact they didn't have bikes either to rent or just to use.

Great 1 night stay close to village with perfect room.

Pros: Comfy big bed easy walk distance to village, under 10 mins - by the road but so quiet generally you don’t notice - in village there some Restaraunts (1st one on left huge open air place is great), local shops, med centre and clinic and 7 eleven. Rooms in good condition - everything looks near new. Great team running the place - very helpful and kind.

Cons: Nothing to not like - all good - will stay again.
