Green Mountain Resort Koh Yao

Excellent!

Pros: Ib and his family are wonderful hosts, we are very happy with our stay. The location is superb, as its in the middle of the island so everywhere is reachable within max 20 minutes on a scooter. We conveniently rented our scooter from Ib. Bed was comfortable, huge fridge, great aircon, spacious bungalow, frogs in the dam who visited us in the evenings, tasty breakfast, fresh coconut from the garden for 40 baht, laundry service onsite. Excellent!

Pros: We provided our own breakfast as it wasn't included in the price. There are enough shops nearby for any vitals hou may need. The accommodation had a toaster, large fridge, kettle etc. The room was spotless and the family who ran the business could not do more for us. They were lovely.

Cons: The only point worth mentioning is it is in a location where you need transport. The nearest restaurant is a good 10mins walk away.

What an amazing place amidst greenery

Pros: From the beginning to check out we had an amazing experience. I was in touch before arrival for taxi and scooter arrangements. The location was great, in a quiet area, the road is not very busy. We recieved tips on where to go and even found a very quiet beach! Thanks lB and Team for making our stay unforgettable. The key card is needed for the rooms AC which cools the place down very fast. The fridge is always on and runs without the key card unlike in many other places. Oh and I also love, that they have shampoo and shower gel dispensers! The only improvement I would suggest is to have a water dispenser/filter so one doesn't need to buy plastic bottles ;-)

Pros: I have never met more dedicated, pleasant and cool hosts! The welcome and stay were at a top level and the whole time they created coziness and amenities for home comfort. The hosts became our friends and the details from breakfast to everything we needed and turned to them during our stay were fulfilled in an absolutely professional manner, but broken through a warm and human attitude. The houses were super clean, tidy and comfortable. The bed was large with a new mattress, the air conditioning was up to standard, the bathroom was large enough and comfortable. Sincere thanks to the IP and his wife and I really recommend with both hands that this is your location to stay when visiting Koh Yao Yai

Cons: Everything was good. You do need a scooter to get about as the property is away from restaurants etc. this makes it nice and quiet to relax though.

Peaceful resort in the middle of the nature

Pros: Beautiful Bungalow, with view to the Mountain. Perfect to relax. Perfect location to travel around the Island. Very clean, and if you wish they will clean every day. We appreciated it very much that we had also small towels for the face. At the others resorts we only had one towel. The host family is very, very nice and helpful. Many thanks
