Pros: Amazing host - very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a big king-size bed. Coffee, tea, and toiletries were all provided, which added a nice touch.

Cons: Very poor WiFi connection - I had to use my hotspot all of the time. The noise insulation is also weak, you can hear other guests

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Classic Home Phuket and truly enjoyed every moment. From the first day, everything felt comfortable, calm, and well-organized. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. The location is convenient, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after busy days exploring Phuket. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and home-like, just as the name suggests. We felt safe, relaxed, and happy here. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
