2BR Maryam villa near Tesco & beach.

nothing to complain of in a serious way, value for money

Pros: this villa is rather spacious. we had two large bedrooms. a lounge and a kitchen. There is also nice space outside, enough to park the car, a table with chairs, a little lawn and a barbeque area with a grill. washing machine is also outside and was quite useful. there is a little shower to clean feet next to washing machine which helps when you come from the beach and your feet and sandals are full of sand. Each bedroom has an air conditioner, but there is only a ceiling ventilator in the lounge. The kitchen has a large fridge, a microwave, a gas stove, a kettle, a toaster -- practically everything. I missed a bottler opener and glasses for wine, as well as full size teacups. Haq, the host, is very nice and helpful Wi-Fi was quite OK, not perfect but enough to work and even Ok for video meetings Yes, you can walk to the beach (15-20 min) and to Tesco Supermarket - 10-12 min

Cons: the whole villa could be cleaner. the bathroom was OK, but looked a bit run down. when we arrived, the villa was full of mosquitoes, but Haq brought some fumigators and we bought repellents, it got better, there are also tiny ants in the kitchen, never leave any food or leftovers open, they will get inside immediately. Same tiny ants were in the corner of one of the bedrooms, they did not bother me, until I saw them walking into my laptop)) Furniture is very simple, but you don't need more... One of the beds was very hard... Cooking utensils are very cheap and well used, but it was OK, It's takes about 15-20 min to walk to the beach through some not very picturesque area... It was my first time in Thailand, I can't compare it to anything else.

Pros: Great property and was cleaned well and they would help us whenever we needed.

Klid a soukromí, pěšky se dostanete na pláž i do obchodu

Pros: Líbila se nám klidná lokalita mimo okolní ruch, přesto všude blízko. Je to ve slepé ulici takže okolo projde jen minimum lidí co tu bydlí. Moc se nám líbily dvě místní restaurace, kde nám moc chutnalo (jedna byla spíš na snídaně a druhá na večeře). Rozhodně doporučuji navštívit. Na pláž i do obchodu lze taky dojít v klidu pěšky. Ocenili jsme venkovní posezení a možnost parkovat skútry pod střechou. Nejsme nijak nároční, takže tohle ubytování nám maximálně vyhovovalo.

Cons: Možná někomu může vadit ve větší ložnici dost tvrdá matrace, ve druhé zase proleželá.
