Super Som Rawai

Excellent stay all round!!

Pros: Great location with a 7/11 opposite with ATM, as well as bars and restaurants all nearby. The room was sufficient for myself as a solo traveller for a week. It has the most comfortable bed ever, air conditioning, fan, bathroom and the hosts put a table upstairs in the room for my laptop. Trustworthiness is key here as you literally have the key to their restaurant below which is the entrance to the rooms. Hosts clean the room daily and bring water. Good WiFi speed and all round very pleasant to interact with the hosts.

Cons: The room gets very hot!

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights at Super Som and had an amazing time! It‘s easy to rent a scooter nearby and a lot of nice restaurants are around here. Andy and his staff are super kind and we got a lot of hints from him. It was also very clean and the bed is very comfortable. location is not as busy as patong, we liked that! We highly recommend it and would come back everytime! Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing stay

Pros: They were friendly from the off. I felt like I was meeting old friends and felt so comfortable with them. Food was amazing too

Super Som (and Andy), Super Place!

Pros: What can I say, this is my favourite place to stay in Thailand. Andy and Som make you feel so welcome and go out their way to help you. The food is also great in the restaurant. It's in a perfect location and still quiet at night. The Internet speed is fast in case you need to work. Thanks again guys and I'm looking forward to seeing you again soon 🙏

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Above a restaurant which serves tasty thai food at good prices. Long distance to walk to the beaches, especially in the heat so it is recommended to either rent a motorbike (hotel can provide) or get a motorbike taxi. The area is full of massage parlors and cannabis shops, so if that's for you, the location is perfect. Some good cafes close by to get breakfast and good quality coffee. The room itself was clean with a balcony. The bed wasn't comfy with a hard mattress. No toiletries (soap, shampoo, body wash etc) provided in the room unfortunately.

Pros: Andy and som were very hospitable hosts! Made us feel comfortable from get go, the food in the restaurant is great, the room was very clean and comfortable. Would really recommend staying here if you are in rawai :)

Best place in Phuket

Pros: Excellent hosts; they are very friendly. They sorted out any issues I had during my stay, such as renting motorbikes.

Pros: Som and Andy are amazing people who work to make their customers comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent, the room is clean with windows, and there were no problems during the stay. I'm only docking a point for the noise outside the window.

Pros: Som & Andy were two of the nicest hosts I’ve ever met. Went out of their way to make sure I could do all the things I wanted and made everything pleasurable. Really lovely couple! The food they served was beautiful and great value. The most amazing part about it has to be the comfort.. in 6 months of south east Asia travelling I’ve never had a mattress like it.. and the pillows! Wow.

Cons: They didn’t let me take the pillows home :(

Would definitely stay again next time we visit.

Pros: Very comfortable stay. Hosts (Andy & Som) were brilliant. Made sure we had everything we needed & went the extra mile by showing us the local sights & advised us best places to visit while there.
