Pros: Vito and team were absolutely great, the property was in perfect location near to a great gym and to one of the most beautiful beach in Kata, rooms were clean and tidy. Grazie Vito we had great time at your property!

Pros: I can’t say how amazing staying here was , the staff went out of the way for you very kind people, and the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing high quality, I will definitely be staying here again , and the food is great too and cheap , and cheapest beer Iv seen in phuket upto now , beds rest big and comfortable and the tvs have YouTube which is a plus , yeah I can’t say any more but amazing experience will definitely be staying again Thankyou to the staff!!

Pros: La posizione é ottima, si trova sulla strada principale che é trafficata, ma a noi non abbiamo sentito rumore (abbiamo soggiornato nell’ stanza n 3). La stanza aveva gli spazi giusti ed era molto accogliente, inoltre avevamo anche un piccolo terrazzino dove mettevamo a stendere gli asciugamani e le cose della spiaggia. La pulizia della stanza veniva fatta quotidianamente e ci veniva fornita anche dell’acqua ogni giorno. Il bagno veniva condiviso con altre 2 stanze, e l’abbiamo trovato sempre pulito. Peccato che non c’era più disponibilità altrimenti ci saremmo fermati qualche giorno in più.

Cons: Il materasso era duro. Per noi non é stato assolutamente un problema, abbiamo sempre dormito bene ma magari per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema.

Pros: Мне понравился подход к клиентам самого хозяина!Так получилось ,что я забронировал этот отель два раза,но на разные дни где произошло сбой плюс накладка на некоторые дни((А отменить бронь в этом отеле нельзя!Но парень (собственник)вошел в ситуацию и сам сделал отмену брони и вернул мне деньги назад!!!Мы за эту поездку прожили в 3 разных отелях .Но здесь было очень чисто и комфортно для отдыха !

Awesome host, great budget option

Pros: Vito was an awesome host. Very helpful, cheerful, helped us out lots during our stay!

Cons: The patio door to outside is cheap and thin leading to lots of noise from the street. Easily fixable with a better door. Additionally mattress is old and needs updating.

Pros: Bonne emplacement. Patron tres gentil et son personnel tres agréable. Très bon petit déjeuné

Cons: La literie matelas tres tres dur impression de dormir sur une planche..juste pour la literie nos avons passé 8 nuits compliqué .
