Pros: Simple and new guesthouse in Kata. Not near the beach but fine for me as needed to be there for an extended period of time. Room was modern and new, bathroom a bit small but functional. Staff were very nice! 7/11 just around the corner, room has a fridge and kettle.

Pros: Nicely renovated with good size rooms, it was also clean & had a smart tv with Netflix etc

Cons: No lift and we were top floor.

Nice and convinient

Pros: Staff were very accommodating and friendly, we chose to stay an extra day but all bookings online where sold out, they moved some things around and made it work for us! Clean tidy rooms and a comfy bed what more could you ask for☺️

Cons: Wasn’t many facilities in the hotel but was a 30 second walk from 7 eleven so wasn’t a bother

Good place to stay

Pros: The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is clean. Fridge in the room. Location is ok, a short walk to the beach and center. 7/11 next to the building.

Cons: No elevator, so a bit difficult to get my suitcase on the 4th floor, but the staff helped. Rather small bathroom.

Fantastic little bargain stay.

Pros: It’s very conveniently placed. Fantastic price. It’s very basic but done very well. Fantastic for a few night stay. 7-11 right outside and reception is manned 24hr.

Cons: No lift, only a problem for the hubby with 2x 30kg cases There’s some noise from the bars over the road but we slept through it.

Pros: Bardzo miła obsługa, obok noclegu 7/11. Night market również blisko.Pokoje spore i ładne,fajny balkon. Czajnik przewodowy 8 lodówka na wyposażeniu:) Do plaży 20 minut.

Cons: Brakowało mi drugiego krzesła,żeby usiąść we dwójkę na balkonie. A tak to wszystko super! Polecamy
