Great value for money given location in Kata

Pros: Superb location, close to the beach and right at the food market. The room was facing the other direction though, so noise was no issue. Room itself is very well equipped.

Cons: Room wasn't quite ready at earliest checkin time, whilst staff were already cleaning the room before last checkout time, but these were minor inconveniences.

Clean, new structure, opened only three months ago, everything new, I highly recommend it

Pros: beautiful new clean structure and above all in the center of the night market. A few steps from the sea. At the same time it is connected to two other adjacent structures where you can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the magnificent Italian restaurant managed by an Italian I see and at the same time you can also enjoy the magnificent Thai cuisine .. which dive has nothing missing there is also so much love from all the staff who offers cleaning and sanitization every day. Even free water and coffee .. I highly recommend especially to families with small children.

Cons: The only flaw is that I was there for a short time, I wanted to enjoy this structure in paradise more.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. 😊

Pros: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Darüber hinaus sind drei Strände zu Fuß erreichbar.

Everything was great.

Pros: The best about the property is host who is going above and beyond to make stay exceptional. Place is new, furniture is new as well as AC which works quite good. Even it there were small imperfections which happens when place is new, I contacted manager and everything was solved straight away. Thank you for exceptional service and care which made me feel that I’m very well welcomed guest!
