We enjoyed a wonderful week at the Title Condo in Rawai.

Pros: The Condo is part of a well managed complex in a good location along Rawai Beach, 80meters from the Airport Smartbus stop. There is a large communal pool on site. The apartment had everything we required for a comfortable stay.

Cons: Nothing in particular. We had an issue with the pop up basin plug, which the owner tried to sort out, but we agreed that we could cope with it for the duration of our stay.

Wonderful location, facilities, host.

Pros: This wonderful condo was situated right across the road from a beautiful beach, all facilities to hand. The apartment was well appointed, even with free Nespresso, water, etc. spacious and clean. The stay was peaceful and the pool was lovely as was the spa pool. I will certainly return to stay here.

Cons: I really cannot fault this place at all. Perhaps, the only thing was it was confusing where to find the entrance (Google maps fault not the host) But the host was good in meeting us at a local coffee shop to mitigate this.

Pros: Résidence et chambre propres et entretenues. Bus au pieds de l'hôtel. Résidence sécurisée avec badge et avec vigiles. Sur la jetée, des bateaux traditionnels vous proposent de vous déposer sur les îles alentours.

Cons: L'hôtel est annoncé en bord de plage, mais en fait il est en bord de mer sans pouvoir se poser sur la plage avec une serviette ni se baigner ( il faut marcher 1h pour trouver une plage digne de Phuket ).

Pros: Studio bien placé a Rawai, pres des restaurants massages supermarchés etc, l'arrêt de bus pour le smatrbus juste en face l'hôtel, la piscine très agréable, appartement bien équipé la machine a laver une vraie plus, résidence très calme propre et sécurisée.

Cons: Il n'y a pas de coffre c'est rare en Thaïlande dommage, l'appartement un peu vetuste besoin d'un rafraîchissement mais ca m'a pas empêché de passer une super semaine.

Pros: Sauberes, nahe am Rawei beach, Restaurants und Geschäften kgelegenes Appartment mit Vollausstattung, sogar Waschmaschine, Microwelle, Schwimmflossen...

Cons: Angekündigt war Gartenblick. Allerdings ging der Blick auf Parkplatz, Mülltonnen und Trafostation. Nicht wirklich schön. Der Vermieter bot ein cancelling an, es gab jedoch keine Alternativen.

Great Apartment close to Beaches

Pros: Incredibly clean and cozy apartment in a great compound. We really felt like home, and did have a feeling we don't want to leave the place. Location is perfect if you want to be close to the BEST beaches for snorkeling and swimming. For snorkeling, Yanui beach is 5 mins ride away. For swimming, Nai harn beach is 7 mins ride away. Since you live at Rawai, it's easy to take a boat to Coral Island and enjoy paradise as well. Area has lots of food and shops around. The compound has great pool. Anirut was very helpful and friendly host, arrival/check out was very smooth.

Pros: Beste Lage am Strand. Herr Anirut hat mich sehr freundlich empfangen, und später sogar noch Tipps zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung gegeben. Der Kühlschrank war mit viel Trinkwasser bestückt, die Kaffee und die Waschmaschine waren mit viel Zubehör vorbereitet.

Cons: Schade, man durfte den Pool nicht nach 20.00 Uhr benutzen.

Pros: ห้องพักจริงเหมือนกับรูปในเว็บไซต์เลย ห้องพักสะอาดมาก เตียงนุ่ม มีเครื่องชงกาแฟ Nespresso พร้อมแคปซูลกาแฟ มีอุปกรณ์ดำน้ำตื้น เดินข้ามถนนไปดำน้ำเล่นที่หาดราไวย์สะดวกมาก อินเตอร์ฺเน็ตเร็วมาก สระว่ายน้ำอยู่ใกล้ห้องพัก ถนนหน้าคอนโดมิเนียมมีร้านอาหารเยอะแยะ ร้านนวด ร้าน 7-11 ร้านกาแฟอเมซอน ป้ายรถบัสไปสนามบิน เรือหางยาวจอดรอเพื่อให้บริการทัวร์เกาะต่างๆ (คุยตรงไม่ต้องผ่านร้านทัวร์)
