Pros: near beautiful laguana beach, 5 minutes walk. very nice block with large pool available, all staff are friendly. very spacious room, with nearly 270° view balcony. brand new deco with kitchen and full set of kitchenware, very handy. nearest shopping place is 15 minutes drive away.

Cons: probably as newly decorated house there are smells, probably emulsion, need open window to release it, once closed the smell comes again. no showing necessity provided, only one bottle of baby shampoo/shower gel for 4 bathrooms, that could be better considering the price.

Pros: Прекрасное место по соотношению цена - качество! Прекрасная, большая и чистая квартира. Есть все необходимое. Территория закрыта и охраняется. Никаких комаров, территория еженедельно проводит работы по чистке от насекомых. Пляж близко, но он не оборудован. Подходит для людей, кому не нужны лежаки, туалет и бар на пляже. Сам пляж очень большой. Все удобства чуть дальше. Но это не мешало нам отдыхать

Pros: Отличные апартаменты, ну очень большие) Апартаменты расположены на закрытой территории, въезд охраняется. Территория ухоженная красивая. Апартаменты находятся в четырехэтажном доме, по два апартамента на этаже. Ремонт достаточно свежий, было чисто. В апартаментах 3 спальни и у каждой своя ванная комната с туалетом, плюс один туалет при входе. Есть очень большой холодильник, нормальный ТВ, удобно что мусор можно выносить в специальную комнату на первом этаже подъезда. Есть сейф небольшой. Всё работало, никаких проблем не было. До моря идти пешком минут 5. Бассейн очень большой, идти до него одну минуту от подъезда. Магазины далековато расположены, поэтому только на машине. Благодарю хозяина за проживание!

Cons: Небольшое пожелание: Остались кое-какие продукты после предыдущего проживания (сахар, специи какие-то), которые были рассыпаны в полке. Думаю нужно либо всё выбрасывать, либо если остаются они (что может быть удобно кому-то), то внутри в полке нужно было убрать)
