Apartments in The Title Beach Rawai

Pros: Apartments are amazing, very pleasant and clean. We really like Ms Farkas, she is so nice and kind. She provided to us free cleaning after 4days of stay. We also fall in love with The Title condo overall, it is very solid and posh! There are two pools and saunas!!!

Cons: However, we have to write-off 2 points for the next: 1. The photos, that we can see in Booking, are not real photos of our apartment (305C). Tbh I don’t understand why, because the real apartment is good and there is no anything that needs to be hidden. But what really is lie is that on photo there is the view to the pool, but the apartment we had was with balcony on another side. 2. Also in room there is a lot of stuff (decorations and other things) that are unnecessary, because the size of the room is small and we would like to have a bit more space for our stuff. But it is not critical, just as a feedback for future improvements.

Excellent

Pros: Apartments in the title is a group of condos and impeccably maintained both indoors and outdoors. There is always someone around cleaning or sweeping to keep the place looking great. Ms Farkas welcomed us warmly and provided quality toiletries, towels, beach towels and some welcome snacks. We got a service half way through our week which was very welcome. The balcony has a nice pool view and is shady from 10am. The apartment is modern, immaculate and comfortable. There are multiple pool areas which are really nice places to swim or relax, a gym and sauna also. The location across the road from the beach is really good. Whilst you can’t really swim at Rawai, it is still very beautiful. The truly stunning beach of Nai Harn is a 200bht Bolt ride away. Tons of places to eat (anything you can think of) for all budgets indoors or outdoors.

Cons: Really, nothing.

Fantastic vacation spot!

Pros: Excellent location on Rawai beach. Three swimming pools, sauna and gym. Clean and quiet room. The area is quite safe. The nearest fish market is about a hundred meters away. 7-Eleven is a stone's throw away and so is Smart Bus. The room had everything we needed, towels, a big fridge, a microwave, a kettle, etc. and there were even chips and some other goodies on offer. Ms. Farkas, the landlady, was very helpful and contacted me even before check-in. He really knows how to welcome guests and help with anything you need. I think this stay was 6/5 a wonderful place and I will definitely come again next winter. Thank you Ms. Farkas!

Cons: The only thing left to regret was leaving and the end of the vacation ;-)

Pros: Уютный кондоминимум с большим количеством бассейнов, саун и зон отдыха. Рядом есть все необходимые магазины. Приветливый и вежливый персонал. Хозяйка квартиры добрая и приятная дама. Всё прошло отлично, мы остались довольны.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin Piroska ist jederzeit für einen da und macht alles dass man sich wohl fühlt. Ein schöner Pool ist da und alles in Laufweite was man braucht.

Cons: Nichts.

Чистота уют, очень удобное расположение. Рядом через 100 метров море и также боизко есть магазин. Тут же продают свежие

Pros: Современный, чистый , уютный номер совсем необходимым для отдыха

If taking tours be prepared for long day 12+ hours

Pros: Had the owner go into the apartment without my permission or me being there that was not appropriated invasion of privacy

Cons: The apartments are nice close to beach you can’t swim at

Pros: Территория title была шикарная! Номер хоть и маленький, но очень уютный В номере было много мелочей: зубные щетки, паста, шампунь и гель для душа и много других мелочей. Жили на 3 этаже в секции D, было тихо и спокойно, никто не беспокоил Рядом есть магазин, палатка с фруктами и овощами

Cons: Полотенца меняли раз в 3 дня Уборка номера и смена постельного белья была 1 раз за 2 недели
