Pros: Clean, modern apartment Secure Fitness room Multiple pools Well located

Pros: The apartment complex was very well maintained, 5 swimming pools to choose from. Close to the beach. Apartment was very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The hosts were very quick to reply to messages and very kindly gave us a complimentary late check out.

Cons: 40+ TV channels but all of them were snowy.

Pros: Very comfortable and easy self check in and check out, VERY GOOD COMUNICATION! Cca 7 minutes walk event with 5y.o.child. Shopping possibilities in front of residence

Cons: The courtains could be more “black out” , just detail but for someone who has sleeping problems could be important.

Best stay in Nai Yang Beach so far

Pros: Apartment had everything you needed. Very clean. Great location. Staff were fantastic they offered late check out. I would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

Lovely stay

Pros: The location is good, only a 10minute walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and. Kitchen well equipped

Cons: We arrived in the dark after 25 hours of traveling. Finding the key was easy, finding the apartment block was not. There are no direction signs and no staff to ask. The building are not lettered until you get inside them. Very few sunbeds are available

Highly recommend this apartment and title residence site on a whole. Perfect for our family of 4 trip.

Pros: We lived this apartment complex so much we have already decided we will return next year.

Cons: It has everything you could possible need on or around it in a 1km walk. Pools, shops, restaurants and the beach! Everything is constantly attended to by staff on site. And the actual apartment we stayed in was perfect for our 4 week stay. Home from home vibes.

An absolutely exceptional stay!!!

Pros: My partner and I booked an apartment for two weeks whilst volunteering with SOI dog. We really wanted kitchen facilities this time around so we could cook for ourselves. I am SO glad that we chose the title residencies. The apartment was beautiful and absolutely spotless. They offer complimentary cleaning once a week and the ladies who came in to clean did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything that could be thought of was. Every small detail was covered, topped up shower gel/dish soap, new scrounger, mopped the floors etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of the utensils were super clean (a big thing for us) The bed is SO comfortable we didn’t want to ever get up. It was such a luxury having a smart TV and WiFi that worked so well. The host was amazing at replying to my messages on WhatsApp and helped me constantly. Would 100% recommend to anyone!!!

Nice and peaceful - relaxing break after a busy holiday beforehand

Pros: Pools, location, gardens, quiet Very good for families to stay and very reasonably priced.

Cons: As a gated community there are a number of restrictions to holiday travellers as opposed to a hotel stay eg: no alcohol in pool areas. The security guards speak very little English, which does not help in such a big complex. There is very little information/brochure on arrival giving layout and features of the complex. The buildings should be prominently marked on the outside. The display in the foyers does not help non-permanent residents find there way around.
