Pros: Everything! This place is amazing! I would always stay here when coming to Kata.
Cons: Nothing! It really is perfect. If I was being really picky, then it would be good to have a few more coffee mate sachets, as i have three in each cup. But that’s not a problem at all. And these weren’t replenished by the cleaner. But maybe that’s just me. Everyone is different. And not an issue in any way: just constructive feedback. Loved it!

Perfect
Pros: Everything Lovely apartment, insanely comfy bed, huge TV, daily cleaning service including free water. Good facilities, the pool was lovely and the gym was decent, could maybe use some more free weights but no big deal. The location was perfect, situated between kata and karon beach and about a 5 min walk from both. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The entire place was constantly being cleaned and was perfect for 6 nights. Amazing value
Cons: Bit of a trek to get to your apartment, a hill and 2 elevators. No big deal though, and it is situated on the tsunami evacuation point so at least you’re safe!

Great place, good contact with the menager. Has everything you need and even more!
Pros: Beautiful apartment with everything you need. That includes even iron and hair dryier. There's good contact with the menager on case you need anything. Cleaning can be done everyday if you wish to (including fresh towels etc.). The pool was almost always empty, and had a beautiful view. Washing machine with dryer is a game changer during longer stay, we used it few times. It was the best apartment we've ever had.
Cons: Russian party nearby, so music could be heard every night, but it was not problematic. When the AC was on and the balcony doors were closed, we could barely hear it.

Pros: The location, furnishings and price was really good. This condo has a good gym, nice pool with a view, table tennis and aero hockey (but you have to bring your own rackets and pushers)
Cons: Actually everything was good with really minor defects concerning kitchen furniture and shower.

Luxurious apartment with pool, gym, trampoline and view
Pros: Luxurious, modern apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, big TV, balcony facing palm trees. Very few people were around in the common areas, it was quiet.
Cons: I don't know if you can store luggage, this is not a hotel.

A beautiful place I’d like to go back.
Pros: We liked everything. The apartment has everything you may need. The infrastructure is great, beautiful swimming pool and a complete gym. Kuy was always available for anything we needed. Location is also great, near Kata Beach, one of the best beaches in Phuket and there’s plenty of shops and restaurants.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Modern apartment in well located block. Very comfortable bad, fast Internet and excellent pool and gym. easy walk to Kata or Karon beaches. Good communication with Kui, access to apartment via electronic door access. Definitely recommend!

Luxurious stay values more than what you pay
Pros: They have everything you would need and super clean and luxurious Definitely more than the price you pay In the room, they have laundry machine, dish washer, complimentary water and they frequently come to clean room. Also, big smart TV From the pool, you can see big Buddha, mountain and beach. Really easy access to beach and restaurants Beach is like 5 mins walk
