Good clean stay in Phuket.

Pros: Clean tidy. Great location. Nice swimming pools. Lots of young families. My second time there.

Cons: Next to a building site. Can be noisy after 7:30am.

Cons: Had an ant problem. Also had a bed bug problem in my flat. Quite a few bites on my leg. Change of bedding seemed to fix it. Building site opposite started work at 07:30 and continued through to past 17:00.

Pros: Cute apartment with every facility you could need - washing machine with detergent provided, full kitchen, iron, umbrella etc. Location is a short walk from the beach with plenty of restaurants, shops, massage places nearby. Pools are plentiful and really nice. Easy check in and good communication with host. Naiyang is a great little area - very close to airport, quietish and nice beach.

Cons: Gym is small is basic but does the job. Double bed only had 2 pillows - all beds should have 2 pillows per person! I will die on this hill.

Lovely weeks stay

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Everything you need for a weeks stay and more. Close to the front but not too close. Lovely host. Will definitely book if back in the area

Pros: Everything in the facility is great, very clean and tidy. However, the Nai Yang area is very quiet and calm.

Well maintained well equipped unit, home away from home feeling.

Pros: Self catering unit, well equipped We arrived earlier than usual and waited in the reception area. Nate, a friendly English speaking Asian lady came to meet with us. We were taken to the apartment and after a short briefing we were allowed to check into the unit. Staff were helpful and friendly, they issued extra covers and sheets to use on the sleeper couch. The swimming pool in this complex is huge and surrounded by beautiful well kept gardens with tall coconut trees. There is an office in block D on the ground floor entrance where I could use the wifi to send emails and make photo copies . Staff were very helpful, constantly receiving parcels on behalf of the guests or tenants in the building. There is a good security system in place.

Cons: Very pleased with this unit

Pros: At first, we were hesitant to book this accommodation due to several reviews mentioning noisy Russian tourists. However, during our stay in mid-April, it was quiet, and we had no such issues. The owner is Thai and was easy to contact. It's worth noting that around 90% of the tourists in this area are from Russia. The accommodation itself was excellent: very clean, modern, and well-equipped. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our room was on the 4th floor with a nice view of the pool. Although there was a construction site nearby, it was barely audible. The deposit was 3,000 Baht or 100 USD/Euros. Conveniently, there were several restaurants and a supermarket just outside the complex. The washing machine functioned well, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage at Building D until 7 p.m. on our departure day, as our flight was quite late.

Cons: More toilet paper would have been nice

Pros: Lovely apartment, clean and well kept. The location is great, convenient for beach and main road. A very enjoyable stay.
