An oasis in Nai Harn

Pros: I have known this property since 2003 and was once an owner of one of the apartments. It is an excellent location in Nai Harn next to one of the best beaches in Thailand. Unfortunately Nai Harn is rather over developed now with heavy traffic and crowded shops and restaurants. The Sands still offers sanctuary from all that.

Pros: Fantastic spot love coming back here. Nai Harn one of the best beaches on the island and the Sands is the perfect way to experience the it.

I lucked out with weather. Had a nice stay with no problems. I would stay here again

Pros: I liked that it was ground floor. Parking my motorcycle was not a problem. Nice location for what I like to do

Cons: Sewer smell usually in morning. Could not figure out the TV in bedroom. Price for electricity is somewhat high.

Хорошие просторные апартаменты с отличным расположением у моря

Pros: Расположение супер, 380 метров до пляжа. Апартаменты 104, расположены на первом этаже слева от парковки, очень удобно. Огромный номер, действительно 140 кв метров! 2 санузла, ванная и 2 душа. Заселили вовремя, заранее писали в WhatsApp. Выдали 2 ключа и карточку для входа на бассейн, который расположен на 2 этаже, справа от администрации. Зона бассейна очень комфортная, тихо, спокойно, бассейн чистый, есть туалет и диванчики под крышей. Внесли залог 200 долларов( или 7000 бат) , с которых потом высчитали за электроэнергию , электричество дорогое 6 бат за киловатт. У нас за 10 дней получилось 1400 бат, но при этом мы точно экономили и кондиционеры отключали. В апартаментах всё есть для комфортного проживания: посуда, сковородки, кастрюли, средство для мытья посуды и в душе шампунь с гелем для душа, в шкафах куча вешалок, есть даже полотенца для бассейна. Микроволновка была сломана, но нам ее сразу же заменили. Интернет работал всегда хорошо.

Cons: Отсутствие стиральной машины и посудомойки. Тупые ножи.
