Great Value in Nai Harn

Pros: Fantastic value in a great location! I feel Utopia is one of the best condos in the Nai Harn area - close to both Nai Harn and Rawai Beach. The facilities are modern and clean. The room is quaint, and the bed is super comfortable (one of the most comfortable ones I've slept on in Thailand as a whole). The host is super responsive and clear on checking in and any maintenance necessary.

Cons: Some of the long-term neighbors of this unit are very loud, even at night. I know that's not something the host can fix, but it's more of a matter of the building. The walls are thin.

Pros: Чистый номер. Вежливый персонал. Решали быстро любые возникающие вопросы. Расположение великолепное. До пляжа 10 минут. На улице перед апартаментами семья продает рыбу на гриле - обязательно зайдите к ним и купите. Благодарю собственников номера за все.
