Great place to stay

Pros: Finally staff that responded to messages. Clean and AC either really well.

Cons: Smelly stains and some stains on towels.

Pros: Very fast response to any needs. Lady at reception.

Cons: Currently there is construction next door. Not the fault of the property.

Wish I could have stayed longer!

Pros: The apartment was spacious and well decorated, and very clean. I felt at home immediately Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating as I could leave my bags at reception before checkin and the room was even ready before official checkin time. Pool was beautiful

Pros: Very spacious beautiful clean apartment with a great view. Very straightforward check in process. Professional friendly staff. Minutes walk from Surin Beach, lots of shops nearby to get beer and groceries and also lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: A bit noisy due to construction work nearby. The living room lights didn't seem to be working though there was sufficient lights in the kitchen and dining area to compensate.

Pros: Well furnished, spacious apartment in a nice scenic location.

Cons: Lack of Trash pickup, lack of consumables refill, fluctuating very hot to very cold shower water.

Surin Park 5 person trip

Pros: Great location, lovely pool, washing machine, spacious apartment, loads of air con, quiet at night, gteat restaurant underneath Audy's, kind and helpful staff

Cons: Only one shower had hot water, no instructions to get tv working, teapot very small, some fixtures could benefit from some maintenance

Memorable

Pros: The staff was helpful and amazing, the place was stunning and quiet it exceeded my expectations 10/10 if you want to chill and enjoy the beach

Pros: Great location close to surin and a few shops/restaurants closeby. Great little pool very well maintained and clean Sauna and gym were a nice bonus

Cons: Nothing major or very bad but room for improvement with the following Some of the furniture/rooms was a bit dated Beds were very firm, a bit too firm for us Building works right next door was a bit noisy at times. And at times there was a bad ammonia smell on one side of the terrace and 1 bathroom. To do with waste disposal I believe.

Family stay

Pros: Lovely roomy apartments. Be aware no housekeeping if you stay for less than a week and a cleaning service is an extra 1400 baht. Not enough facilities in room to keep clean myself (no broom). However excellent value for money, great location close to 2 beaches and tops supermarket is a 3 minute walk. Pool area was on the small side but still lovely and more than enough for us to cool off.

Pros: Because my wife has an allegie for variety of foods and difficult to eating out, I was looking for a place having a kitchen and grocely store nearby. This place perfectly meets our needs. Though it's not sea view, the mountain view from the balcony also was nice. Definitely worth the cost.
