Very nice place in a fantastic region!
Pros: I liked the size of the apartment. It has a separate bedroom. It's very practical. It has everything you need basically, even a pool infront of the building or a gym within the residence. It's close to the beach which is visible from the balcony.

Pros: It was very clean! The location was just 3 minutes walk from klong muang beach, with a beautiful view of the beach and the pool, easy to find and it was also very quiet!! The owner was very helpful! Will definitely come back next year. Thank you!!
Cons: The water pressure kept on changing while showering washing hands, dishes etc. However all the other facilities made the stay totally worth it!

Pros: Just 5 mins walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Good size and comfortable bed. Nice pool.
Cons: Flat could benefit of a bit of refreshing but nothing major.

Close to the beach
Pros: It's very spacious for two people. The bed is pretty comfortable and there is plenty of crockery and cutlery as well as a microwave. It's also a short walk to the beach, some restaurants, and bars. There is parking space and a good sized swimming pool as well. There is a tour company run by Thomas on the campus from whom you can organise tours and airport drop-offs.
Cons: It could probably do with a bit of tlc/maintenance - the bathroom in particular.

Pros: It has all the amenities that you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. All the rooms are clean and have AC. The self check in process is smooth and the instructions are clear. It has a nice pool and a gym. I could not figure out the wifi password and the owner promptly sent people over to help me. Truly the best place possible to stay in Krabi at this price range. I would definitely come back. Also shout out to Thomas, his wife and his friend for helping us out when my mom broke her knee getting off the longtail boat. Truly amazing people.

Ruhig, sauber und sehr komfortabel
Pros: Endlich eine super leise Klimaanlage, guter und schneller Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber, saubere und sehr komfortable Wohnung. Sehr bequemes Bett. Fußläufig vom Kamala Beach entfernt und zahlreichen Restaurants. Toller Pool.
Cons: Das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau: In der Küche wären Öl, Salz und Pfeffer gut gewesen. Aber das ist kein Muss, die Wohnung ist super.

Ottima esperienza
Pros: Appartamento in una zona tranquilla all'interno di un complesso con altri due building e piscina. C'è anche un ufficio multifunzione dove di possono prenotare escursioni, affittare motorini e auto, c'è anche una lavatrice a gettoni. L'appartamento è al quinto piano, è accogliente, pulito e curato e dal terrazzino si vede il mare e il tramonto. La spiaggia è a 5 minuti a piedi ed è davvero un paradiso, a due passi diversi ristoranti e un minimarket. Ottima la comunicazione con il proprietario disponibile al dialogo e a migliorare ancora di più l'esperienza degli ospiti. Speriamo di ritornare presto!
Cons: In generale l'appartamento ha tutti i confort e lo consiglio. Purtroppo la doccia non è a livello dell'appartamento, in primis dopo le 22 non c'è pressione dell'acqua calda, questo non è un problema dell'appartamento bensì una impostazione della pompa dell'acqua dell'edificio che è attiva dalle 6 alle 22, in secondis ci sono due soffioni ma solo quello mobile eroga acqua calda. Consiglio anche di fornire asciugamani di colore bianco e non grigio scuro per questioni di igiene.

Pros: Вцелом, все здорово , заселение быстрое , четкое , мы были на машине , каждый день находили парковку , понравилось, что жилье на последнем этаже - никто не бегает сверху, очень хороший бассейн, хотя детская комната превращена в склад - это неприятно , сам бассейн чистый , территория красивая зеленая, есть тень от деревьев. в квартире много мебели , есть где расположиться , много шкафчиков , интересная планировка , можно оставлять спать ребенка на отдельном диванчике. хороший холодильник и приятный санузел. хозяин также вежливый , а ещё есть котики на территории )
Cons: очень жарко , я бы обновил кондиционеры , мне кажется , что справляются слабо , потому что верхний этаж и духота стоит реально сильная во всем коридоре. сплит система должна быть помощнее. второй минус - это отсутствие фена, вроде все мелочи есть , а фена нет. больше проблем нет !
