A wonderful designed set up, with a great team

Pros: Great design, super friendly & efficient staff. Great facilities.

Cons: The aircon in the bedroom didn’t work very well, although team tried to repair.. Would be great if the Cafe stayed open later to like 8pm

Unique place, reasonably priced

Pros: The place is amazing and feels both very special offering a rare mix of beautiful design and hominess, the whole building was well-maintained, especially for its age, still looking like in the advertisement, a rarity in Thailand. For Christmas time, the pricing was quite reasonable. Lastly, the personnel were very sweet and forthcoming.

Cons: Minor things, actually: There was construction work going on outside, starting at 8 the latest. If you have a partner with light sleep, take care of having a condo towards the pool. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning is not installed on the roof but besides the apartments. That's annoying considering how beautiful the whole complex is. Considering European standards and Thai wages, cleanliness is 3-stars (e.g. windows in the staircase are not cleaned properly, pool could be picked off leaves more frequently).

Pros: The individuals at reception are such kind people. They go above and beyond. After the shower had a small issue that didn't even bother me, they upgraded me to a better room instantly. I stayed here through a private host towards the end of my trip. After coming back to this residence after I had a road accident, they took me to the hospital. They could have easily told me to get a taxi. 🙏🙏

Cons: Maybe the TV but easy to put up with.

Location, Friendly Staff and Comfortable Quarters.

Pros: The staff were kind and management was run very well. We stayed for a month and it was a very pleasant stay. Kitchen was well equipped. A couple maintenance issues needed to get taken care of, but it was done very quickly after it was brought to the staff's attention. Adequate parking for cars and bikes. Room was good for 2 people. Comfortable bed and nice pools. Quite a good location in Rawai if you have your own bike or car. Within 15 mins Nai Harn, Kata Noi, Karon for beaches, and near Makro and Villa Market for groceries. A lot of grab options nearby too. Quiet location was perfect. We stayed during songkran and heard nothing.

Cons: Some of the locks on communcal doors and appliances need an upgrade.
