Good apartments near the beach fully equipped

Pros: The room had everything we needed. We just stayed one night and it was absolutely suitable. We had the pickup from the airport by the hotel SUV and brought late at night directly to the room. Thank you

Perfect hosts and perfect location. Great condo.

Pros: I loved the location. Our condo had a good size balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and islands and the pool area which is beautiful and very well taken care of. The owners are a family and they are so helpful. Communication was easy. Thank you :) They offer transport from and to the airport in Kraby town. The condo itself had everything you needed from dishes, pans, stove top to microwave and necessary small appliances. There are laundry facilities in the office. Even though it is located on a busy road, we could not hear anything but the birds. The beach is a 4-minute walk away, there are restaurants everywhere, 2 7-11 nearby as well as ATMs and an exchange center. I strongly recommend this place. I would absolutely return there.

Great stay for the price

Pros: Great pool, the wifi was top-notch, aircon awesome, fridge great, and the landlord lady is a wonderful person. The location is great- everything is a walk away and you are removed from the loud street activity.

Cons: The queen mattress was so dilapidated and the pillows so flat that it was quite difficult to sleep. There were broken spring in the mattress thats waiting to cut someone if they move around enough. The birds are well behaved sometimes, but other times, they belt some crazy noise before 5am. Earplugs needed. There is some water damage and some heavy wear on the flooring. The water pressure also can be very low at night and crazy high late in the morning.

Очень неплохой вариант проживания на 1-2 недели в собственном режиме, хороший тихий пляж в 10 мин

Pros: Отличный кондоминиум, рядом все необходимое, бассейн - просто класс. Сам номер был неплохой, просторный со шторами блэк аут Для готовки был необходимый минимум, хотя не хватало например тряпок для протирки стола, больших кружек (были только стаканы). Балкон с красивым видом. Кондей (оба) работал хорошо) Так же отмечу гостеприимство хозяина - пошел на встречу по ряду вопросов!

Cons: Уборка была всего 1 раз за неделю с лишним - можно чаще. Так же немного уставший номер (диван. су)
