was very pleasant stay

Pros: very nice penthouse could do with a bit off updating ,sofa was old and ripped ,kitchen didn't have any drinking mugs or knifes and forks so had to go out and buy some ,no t- towels to dry pots with fridge door didn't close properly ,There was a gate at the bottom near the swimming pool that u could exit to get to the shops but couldn't get back in without a card asked owner about card was told to buy one for 300 baht and as was staying for two weeks asked for clean bedding to be told could be arranged for 800baht so took to bag wash outside cost 200baht , was good location with lots off shops for everything you would need beach was about 10min walk, Penthouse it is on the top off a hill and path not to good to walk on but as long as watching the traffic you could walk up the hill easy

Cons: there was no path to the main road.

Pros: L'appartement était superbe, la vue et le duplex et plutôt confortable. Le proprio est français et hyper réactif quand il ya un soucis. La baignoire à remous. La piscine et la gardienne super aidante et qui venait prendre en photo la plaque de nos Taxi pour veiller a notre sécurité.

Cons: Pas de machine a laver. Route vers le centre dangereuse ( pas de trottoir et non éclairée la nuit)
