Good restaurant, clean rooms and great staff.

Pros: Breakfast was great nice selection of food and drink

Cons: Height difference between the two half's of the resort, will be concerning for families with kids

Magical. This what resorts should be like..

Pros: The place is so beautiful.. the view of the pool from the rooms is what i loved the most.. and the rooms on the ground floor you just walk right into the water. They also made really good food. It is such a lovely resort. I would go there again

Cons: When its peak season it may take a while to get a cab from the hotel from the popular Grab App

Pros: The location is a bit far off from the busy Patong Beach area, so it's much quieter and tidy (this can be also a negative thing, since the best restaurants are not close). Two closest beaches are very nice. Merlin beach is just a few minutes walk away and probably one of the best beaches in the area. Mostly quiet, clean and clear waters. Except with low tide, very rocky. Overall the hotel and the area is nice - I would consider staying there again!

Cons: Location again. A bit far off from everywhere. But lucky the taxis are ready to take you around. Remember to use BOLT app, it will save you at least half the price the local taxis are asking.

Lovely familytrip to patong.

Pros: Cleaning of room all days , very clean . Kids loved that you can order Stones bakef pizza as alternative to thai food.

Cons: Beaches crowded during high seasons and prices quite high compare to outside Patong area. As long as you are aware of this no bad things. Many cool thing to visit in patong area. and if you are Looking for a trip on the water. Its just to buy a trip to one of the Islands. Very organized and they picked us up at morning at hotel lobby and left us at same place at the evening. In general very satisfyed with this familytrip with 2kids.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of good quality food was available. The Blue Mango staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. Great location for the elephant sanctuary and excellent snorkelling at Merlin Beach.

Cons: Pool was cold. We didn’t feel we should be charged for the shuttle bus to the mall (a bus with no A/C or seatbelts).

Would love to stay here again

Pros: Only fifteen minutes from Patong, we were always greeted by friendly staff throughout the resort. Facilities available to us were great

Pros: We liked the layout of the rooms, the resort tended to our needs as a family of six. The cleaners were very respectful.

Cons: Too far from the main shopping area , shuttle bus you had to pay for at the hotel .

Was very lovely and comfortable, would recommend any of the 3 venues to eat at.

Pros: Very friendly staff and great food accommodation was lovely and easy to make your way round. Great swimming pools.

Cons: Probably the distance from Patong beach. But was also good
