Pros: Property is well maintained and renovation is still in progress at some parts.

Cons: The location of the property is absolutely spot on. It not very far from the happening part of City Center and most importantly it is at very quiet place.

Pros: All the facilities were good. Having a compact 1bhk concept accommodation, all can get in the same property..

Cons: No gas oven, washing machine was there

A wonderful, calm, and comfortable stay with excellent hospitality and very kind staff.

Pros: The property is very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The surroundings are calm and relaxing, which makes the stay very pleasant. The location is also convenient, with easy access to Patong Beach and nearby areas.

Cons: Nothing at all. Everything was perfect and met our expectations.

Pros: The room location was near a very noisy corner at night. However the hotel were very good and moved me to a room which solved this issue

Execellent Property with Excellent Staff

Pros: Although renovation work in some buildings are going on but the property is clean, apartments are spacious and equipped with all facilities. The staff specially Ms. Susu and her colleagues were very cooperative, hospitable and helpful. Due to my late arrival after 00.00 hours on the day of booking, I faced some problem initially, but thanks to Booking.com and Ms. Susu, they helped out me and my family by providing the booked appartment without any further trouble.

Cons: There is nothing that i don't like about the property. I stayed for a week with my family and stay was very good. Only there was a power breakdown once in our building at midnight and The Kris Residence refunded me 50% amount of one night as a gesture of good will.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at Kris Residence in Phuket! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really makes it special is the staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was so warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The pool area was a great spot to unwind after exploring the city.
