Pros: I had such a wonderful stay. Cindy, who took care of the unit, was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room had everything I needed for my 6 week stay, I was only meant to stay for 4 weeks but extended it for another two. Also, a nice little touch. The owners went out of their way and bought a brand new smart TV so I could screen mirror my phone to the TV, which made watching Netflix, YouTube and Prime TV so much easier for those nights I didn't want to venture out. Location is perfect, just a 5 min walk to the main street, plenty of dining options, 7/11 is just 200m away for microwave meals and provisions. Highly recommend heading down to Moustache Bar, 500m away. Awesome 👌 jazz bar with yummy food and cocktails very well priced, and the locals are lovely. Highly recommend and will be visiting again for my next Kata Beach stay.

Cons: The bed mattress is hard. I found out this is a Thai thing. After contacting Cindy the next day, she had a thick, comfy mattress delivered. The rest of my nights, I slept like a baby 😴

The outstanding feature was the PHR representative Algeher. Whet an absolute asset to their company.

Pros: The apartments are in the best part of Kata. Very close to markets and the best restaurants. The apartments are self sufficient and better than described.would not hesitate to stay again.

Cons: Everything was great.

Хорошие апартаменты для отдыха на долгий срок

Pros: Хорошие апартаменты, внутри есть все основное. На балконе есть стиральная машина, можно не беспокоиться, что вещи в прачечной испортят. Из бассейна открывается вид на закат.

Cons: Интернет общий и нестабильный, ловит только рядом с коридором, в апартаментах не работает. Сковороду стоит заменить, все пригорает. Слышимость из коридора высокая. Около бассейна все шезлонги были сломаны.
