Pros: We had a two night stay visiting the surrounding area, and we were satisfied with everything. Our host was very welcoming and we even got offered a free ice cream as a welcome from the shop below.

Good place to stay and be close to everything
Pros: - Clean room - Pretty spacious for 2 - The owner is very nice - They offer to clean the room - Close to Karon beach (15 min by foot) & Kata beach (10 min by foot) We would definitely come back

Felt like home
Pros: I loved EVERYTHING about my stay! The location is super close to the beach (around 9 min. by feet) and you would find anything you need within two minutes reach. There is a pharmacy, 7/11 and some nice cafes even 4 massage saloons down the street. The room was super clean and was cleaned regularly with beach towels provided and changed daily if you need so. If you find the beds a bit stiff, you can ask for an extra layer and will sleep like on a cloud after that. The staff (Mon) was AMAZING and super nice and helpful at anytime. Cherry on top, downstairs is an ice cream cafe and you get a voucher for a free ice cream too! Will recommend this place to all my friends!
Cons: If you are a light sleeper, on some nights the street may get a bit loud, but for me it was not a problem!

Cosy, quiet and beautiful hotel
Pros: The hotel was delightful, with a beautiful and spacious room equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our experience. Its location was ideal—just a short walk to two stunning beaches, Kata and Karon, and surrounded by numerous restaurants, shops, and two vibrant night markets. Despite the bars across the road, we enjoyed a restful night’s sleep, though light sleepers might find it slightly challenging. The thoughtful provision of beach towels and a picnic blanket was a lovely bonus. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: The bed was hard but the most beds in Thailand are hard.

Pros: the host realy kind & sweet. she really helpful & friendly. really love the decorations & the cake that he gave to my husband for his birthday. it's so lovely. the room space is big and have balcony. the room is clean. the location is great. near to everything that you needed.
Cons: no tv & the bed it's a bit hard. no lift to the room. use stair. but still okay. we still sleep well.

Decent hotel
Pros: We stayed at Place Hotel in Phuket for 1 night and had a very pleasant experience. Although our check-in was quite late — around 9:30 PM (the standard check-in time is 2 PM) — the owner, a truly kind and accommodating lady, graciously allowed us a late check-out until 5 PM, even though the official check-out time is 12 noon. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Kata Beach, with markets, food joints, and 7/11 stores all around. The hotel facilities are great, the AC works perfectly, and overall, everything about this property is really good!
Cons: The only drawback was that the door lock from inside didn’t work, but honestly, everything else was so good that this small issue can be overlooked.

Pros: Второй раз приехали в этот отель и не пожалели. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества . Номер небольшой, но в принципе достаточно всё рационально расставлено и сильной тесноты не чувствуется. Есть двуспальная кровать и двухяросная , кстати очень удобная просторная даже для взрослых . Холодильник , чайник , чашки , чай , кофе , фен, сейф .Отель очень чистый .Везде стоят бутылки с питьевой водой .Администратор Мона очень приятная женщина. Поможет решить любой вопрос. До пляжа Ката и Карона (направо) минут 15 пешком. Пляж Ката очень зашёл. Чистый , красивый. 2 лежака + зонт - 200 бат. Есть стрит фуд . Вкусно, недорого, но надо пройти в левую часть.До Ката Ной идти значительно.
