Lovely clean spacious accommodation

Pros: Well kept lovely big property. Amazing friendly staff looking after you . Needs a few more items in the kitchen . A little strange to pay for electricity after the fact .

Gave us most of what we needed, nice grounds and accommodation - would be easy to sort out the small niggles

Pros: Lots of space, beautiful clean pool, very comfortable and housekeeper helpful And when there was an issue they dealt with it immediately They provided us with towels for the beach when we asked 20 mins walk to beach and nearest shops, which can feel too far in the heat, recommend transport is use grab bikes and cars

Cons: It does not include electricity but this was not stated in the information, it only said additional charges may apply in small print. We found out a couple of hours before checking in. The address was wrong so it was hard to find. The Asian breakfast turned out to be 1 fried egg, 1 slice of toast, 1 sausage and a glass of milk each - very strange and not filling and nothing fresh- after 2 days we told them we would do our own breakfast - they come to the villa to cook it at a time you agree with them No information on use of facilities, or local info was provided When we were on our way there, They also asked for a larger deposit than advertised (15k baht instead of 10k baht). I sent a screen shot of our booking and they accepted 10k - this and the unexpected electric charges and incorrect address meant the first impression was not good, but it improved Bring soap and shower gel!!

Pros: Комплекс из трех гостевых домов с общей территорией - бассейн, зона гриля, качеля, небольшой сад. В доме очень просторно, чисто, три комнаты, большая гостиная с диваном, зона кухни со стиральной машиной, посудомоечной машиной и всем необходимым для быта. Приятные хозяева всегда поблизости, помогут в бытовых вопросах - дать соль, сахар, стиральный порошок и пр. Мы провели одну ночь большой семьей с четырьмя детьми - всем было комфортно. Были небольшие трудности найти местоположение, показалось, что здесь оно указано не совсем точное, но мы быстро сориентировались и все же добрались до нужной локации. Если бронируете этот вариант, попросите у хозяев сразу контактный телефон, чтобы была возможность быстро связаться с хозяевами и уточнить локацию во избежании трудностей.
