Pros: We could not ask for more beautiful start of our three-week long stay in Thailand. Sebastian was very helpful, always ready to help and his house was exactly the same as you can see at the pictures. Very nice location if you are looking for peaceful and quiet vacation. Two beautiful beaches closebuy or just 10 minutes to a different one by car or motorbike. 7 eleven and Mother Marche also 5 minutes by car.

Cons: Only one thing that did bother me a little bit was some kind of water pump at the back yard that makes a noise even during the night when no one was using any shower or toilet so I guess it might be for more houses around. You get used to it in few nights and I guess there is nothing anyone could do about it anyway :)
