Overall very good stay

Pros: The owner of the place was very responsive on WhatsApp and accomodate us. Initially the property provided to us was not in the best of shape but she was kind enough to change it for us. She was also very gracious with our checkout time since we had a late flight and she allowed us to stay in for several hours after check-out.

Cons: When we arrived, there was not one to help us with check-in. There was a WhatsApp group made with a few people on it. As soon as we entered, we started noticing cleanliness issues. Raising them on whatsapp was not easy. So first hour was tough, but eventually they changed our property and it all got settled.

Pros: Loved this villa very spacious good location jess the host was brilliant always happy to help us if we needed anything including helping us home one night with directions to the taxi driver ( communicating in Thai ) when we got lost ! Pool area is a sun trap ! Very clean will come again

Pros: The villa is very spacious and the pool area is great The electric gates make the villa extra secure

Cons: The kitchen could have had a better variety of glasses. No wine glasses for example

Pros: Excellent quiet villa with a large pool for two to four people, close to Nai Harn beach

Cons: Everything is good

Would stay in this villa again but will never be back to rawai/nai harn/Phuket as the area was not for me ,

Pros: This property was wonderful, spacious and in a very quiet location , clean and well maintained, the cleaning ladies were very good as was the pool cleaner guy ,

Cons: A little bit difficult to find but once found it’s a good property

Pros: Вилла находиться в тихом месте, без лишних толп, суеты и шума! Немного устарела мебель, но в целом все понравилось! Хороший бассейн, отзывчивый персонал! Все вопросы решались оперативно!

Cons: Устаревающая мебель и сантехника!

В целом все отлично, комфортно, уютно, чисто

Pros: Очень комфортная вилла. Приятный запах внутри. Достаточно тихо. Для семьи 2 взрослых и 2 детей идеально. Мы на машине ездили на соседние пляжи, в основном на карон.

Cons: Все понравилось. Единственное к чему можно придраться-были в каникулы-слышали соседей. Новый год, народ веселился

Pros: Проживали на этой вилле 12 дней. С погодой нам не совсем повезло, были дожди и на пляже волна, но плюсом было наличие своего бассейна. Дети в восторге, плавали допоздна в нем. Вблизи есть всё: и кофейни и массажи и бары. Нам вилла очень понравилась, есть всё необходимое для отдыха.
