Nice villa in a decent location. Very clean.

Pros: Keys were left for us at the property. Good communication for check in. The property was very clean. Nice private parking. The pool was a good size. Location was good for a villa. A/C was very good. I would recommend this villa. we had a great time. I would recommend that you drive. renting mopeds is very cheap. It will make your stay much better. Saying that I would recommend anyone staying in Rawai gets some sort of transport.

Cons: 1 room was much bigger than the others. The beds in 2 of the rooms were a bit firm. Some of the furniture needs to be maintained better. The BIG problem that we had was that only 1 set of keys are provided. It's a 3 bedroom villa. How can you only have 1 set of keys. It makes going out separately a problem.
