Goodwill Beach House

Pros: Lovely house. The swimming and beach access is great. Host kindly arranged parking for 6 bikes

Cons: Location is quite far from shops. Have grab a tutuk out and back. Not a deal breaker. Great for families and friends trip

Would definitely repeat this place if I were going with a group of friends

Pros: Where do I begin?!! The Beach House was perfect for my group of friends and for our short stay there. Especially the private pool area where we mostly chilled at. Air conditioning was nice and cool as well as the Wifi connection. REALLY recommended for group of 6 and above as it can accommodate all of us. The sunset views at the pool area was really breathtaking as it reflected the pool. Even better as we were directly facing the ocean. So waking up every morning was healing to the mind.

Big space with a stunning view (when the tide is in).

Pros: The view across the water at night and in the morning when the tide comes in was beautiful. We found it very easy to just sit there by the pool and appreciate the sight and sound of the waves. The downstairs lounge area was big, with comfortable sofas and dining area. Big tv provided with an excellent sound system for music too. The staff lady who welcomed us was lovely.

Cons: When we arrived, the lady welcoming us asked us to sign what looked like a tenancy agreement. I’d never been asked this before, and when we read the document there were clauses for water and electricity bills and a year-long residency. We refused to sign, and in fairness it was never mentioned again. Just something to be aware of. The rooms and bathrooms were just ok, a little dusty and slightly outdated. Parking was a little awkward, it’s a very tight space right on the main road.

Great stay overall, don’t expect to go in the water at the beach connected to the house

Pros: Great views, close to Patong , comfortable and spacious

Cons: Beach next to the house is very rocky and you can’t really go in the water

Pros: Loved the house, pool, and hearing the ocean waves at night. Lovely stay. Good location. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Great location, it was a walk to the main area but you can also get a taxi very easily

Good spot for a family vacation

Pros: Everything was good specially the waves at the night .

Cons: Minor things but nothing as such which affected the stay in the villa .

总之还是让人心情愉悦的一次海边体验，下次还会来这里入住的。

Pros: 非常优越的位置，虽然没有海滩，但是前面的礁石上成为了孩子们的乐园，他们可以在退潮后，在里面抓螃蟹，甚至我们还抓住了一条鳗鱼。虽然最后没有品尝，把他们都放了，但是快乐留住了。涨潮时，我们可以在无边泳池里游泳，风景无敌。

Cons: 虽然提前联系了房主，但是停车问题还是存在安全隐患，有半边车身暴露马路上，特别时这个位子又在转弯的死角，不注意很容易被擦到。让人心有不安。还有你的住房租赁合同实在多余，从来没有遇到的奇葩。
