Teetara Villa Patong

Nice play to stay with a group of friends, but don’t expect a polished Vila

Pros: The space we had, the pool, the beds, the safety guards

Cons: A bit outdated, needed some maintenance

Pros: Loved the people and service provided at the villa. Especially our property manager Maxz was super helpful, polite, and an amazing host. The property itself was out of a movie and we loved every bit of time spent there.

Was a good experience overall would recommend to a group who wants to stay indoor and party rather than going to and fro

Pros: It’s a well maintained apartment which has a good view and private pool. The housekeeper was very kind and generous and was available most of the time for any help needed at short notice. The property had 2 jacuzzis.

Cons: It’s located a little far off from the Main Street of Phuket so commuting to and fro is an issue. Some of amenities were not working like jacuzzi in one of room and swimming pool jacuzzi.

pretty decent villa for a big group of people. facilities in the villa was good too

Pros: big and spacious, had areas for gathering big groups

Cons: it was very secluded and difficult to find. there were times where the aircon tripped in the middle of the night

Great villa in superb location with excellent service!

Pros: Great location close to beach, restaurants and entertainment. Villa itself was spacious, clean, lots of light and comfort. Staff was excellent-always ready to help, everyday cleaning and in touch. We loved our stay there and totally recommend for a bigger group whether it is family or friends!

Cons: Top floor had ants and one of the rooms on second floor saw cockroaches

Pros: المكان ممتاز قريب من كل شي تقريبا .. لكن على ارتفاع بس عندهم سياره لفوق وتحت .. المسبح صغير وحلو

Cons: ياخذون فلوس على الكهرباء ويحسبونها بشكل يومي : يعني كل ما تطلعون يفضل تسكرون المكيفات خاصة

Pros: 1. 시설.위치.공간. 크기 모두 좋았습니다 2. 특히 staff Max의 친절함이 최고 좋았습니다 3. 7박을 예약해서, 혹시 숙소가 기대이하라면, 푸켓에서의 7박 8일의 여행이 실패라고 생각해서, 걱정을 많이 했는데~~~ 사진보다 훨씬 넓었고 독립보장 프라이버시 보장할수 있는점이 좋았어요 4. 빠통비치에서의 거리: 도보7분거리에 있어서 아침마다 해변산책했습니다. 5. 모든 부분의 면적이 매우 넓었어요 룸. 거실. 주방 특히 각 룸의 욕실의 넓이 완전 컸습니다 6. 거실문 열면 바로 수영장 완전 최고였어요 안전하게 모닝수영. 나이트수영 할수있는 최적의 숙소 7. 공항 무료 왕복 셔틀 좋았어요 8. 체크아웃 저녁 7시까지 최고입니다. 밤출발 항공스케줄인데 짐 맡기고 시내 떠돌아다니지 않고, 숙소 이용할수 있어서 좋았어요

Cons: 1. 면적이 넓어서인지, 구석구석 청소상태가 안 좋은곳이 있었어요. 2. 특히 욕실 세면대 시설이 많이 낡아서 사용할때마다 쾌적함을 느낄수 없었어요. 3. 1층 룸은 너무 습해서 사용하지 않았어요 2층 룸도 약간 습해요 3층 룸.거실. 주방 습하지 않아요 4. 7박에 113,783bat를 지불했는데, 추가 수건의 비용을 받았어요 (3일에 한번 무료, 나머지 추가사용 1장당 비용지불) 저의겨우 추가 수건 비용을 360bat를 추가지불 했어요 큰 비용은 아니지만, 너무 계산적인것 같아서 조금 아쉬운 부분이었습니다.

Pros: الامان جدا عالي لوجودها داخل مجمع سكني ببوابه خاصة بها حراس الفيلا مناسبة للعوائل الكبيرة لوجود 4 غرف نوم منها 2 منهم ماستر المساحة كبيرة ومريحة توجد مواصلات مجانية من والى الفيلا لقرب الشاطئ وجود مواصلات مجانية من والى المطار

Cons: اختلاف في الصور عن الواقع وبالنسبة لكلمة كل الصور مطله على البحر فالكلام هذا غير صحيح ممكن سابقا لأن حاليا فيه فندق يفصل الاطلاله المباشرة من الغرف عن البحر وتحتاج للصعود لجهة المسبح او فوق المسبح المكان المخصص للتشميس العامل مسؤول فقط عن القمامة وتعبية البراده غسالة الصحون كانت عطلانه
