Pros: Amazing Villa. It has everything even the little extra things. Really impressed. You will struggle to get better. The host is amazing and responsive. Great complex security etc. amazing security etc. cannot fault it.

Pros: Incredible view, friendly staff, shuttle service 24/7, big house, nice terrace, comfy beds, nice bathrooms.

Cons: AC didnt work properly in 1 Room

Pros: Property is spacious clean and has an amazing view from the balcony. There is a free tuk tuk service from the villa to the main road so that keeps you connected 24/7. Once you are on the main road you can go to Patong beach and bangla by foot or tuk tuk. The owner is super responsive and helpful. Staff is very helpful as well. We didn’t have any problems during our stay and would definitely visit again.

Cons: There were only two full washrooms. With 6 people at times it felt less, especially when everyone needed to shower. But not a deal breaker

Beautiful Villa with everything you need. Pool was a welcome relief.

Pros: The host, Penny, was so attentive to all our needs. The property is exceptionally well equipped and the views from the expansive balcony were amazing. Rooms were great size and beds comfortable. The shuttle service up and down the hill was very well manned and rarely did we have to wait more than a few minutes.

Cons: Would have like more detailed map of where to locate club house and mini mark. And better instruction for the air con. I could never get the main lounge are cool enough, even though we kept the patio doors closed

Great family villa

Pros: Great location close to everything but still private

Pros: The complex of villas built in the same style is very private. Access to the territory is through the security checkpoint. The place is really safe. We never locked the doors. The villa is located in the best location on Patong beach with the best view from above the bay, but it is not very high on the mountain, so you can walk to the villa from the beach or use the shuttle at any time you want. There's a clubhouse and a main pool for community villas. The villa has a spacious parking lot for cars and several motorbikes or scooters. Friendly staff instantly brings you what you need, tablets for the dishwasher, capsules for the coffee machine. I highly recommend the villa and its best service.

Cons: There is a gym, but it is not equipped with training equipment and it is impossible to train here.

Great Oasis within walking distance of central Patong and beaches

Pros: Keys in lockbox at property with combination texted to us

Cons: Extra charges (e.g. power surcharge for air con) were only disclosed after we arrived. A property at this price should include all costs

Pros: Absolutely the best stay in Thailand. Wide open space, more than enough room for 4 adults and we could've brought 2 or 3 more and still be comfortable. The balcony and infinity pool was where most of our time was spent and you couldn't have a better view if you tried. There's balconies from 2 rooms downstairs as well. Stay here, thats my advice, book it now, I promise, you will not be disappointed even a little bit!
