Great spot, not in the madness but still a great location.

Pros: Location, it was away from the madness. Only 5 min scooter ride away from the lively spots. I will be back

Pros: The location. The rooms were also very clean, as they were being cleaned every day. The staff also super friendly. Very value for money place.

Great stay

Pros: Loved the location, a short walk to the nearest market, 3 minute ago walk to a 7 eleven, a 10 minute drive to Patong beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I really appreciated that they let us leave our bags at reception after we checked out as we had a late flight. Everything was clean and the Aircon was nice - it didn't make any noises besides the sound of air blowing,

Very friendly staff and helpful

Pros: The location was good and not too far from all amenities and the beach.All with in walking distance if you like a little walk

Cons: There was work going on while l stay but it was low season and l understand that work and maintenance has to be done .It was not a problem for me though
