Throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa

Pros: This is a beautiful villa with plenty of space and amenities. It is off the road and secure for kids. It is located in Kata village which was a 20 minute walk to the beach area which is prefect for families not wanting to be too close to the night life. There is plenty of shops and restaurants in the village to choose from. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa.

Cons: The noise for the road can be loud so bring earplugs. This is not a problem with the villa as such generally roads seem to be busy in tourist areas.

Amazing Villa in a lovely part of phuket. Close to amenities but far enough for a peaceful stay.

Pros: This house is amazing. Great location, beautiful and spacious house. Ideal for families or friends.

Cons: Cannot fault anything, everything was great!

Pros: Location is close to the beach, around 15-20 minutes walk or 5 min drive and search for parking spot and far enough from loud streets. There are few cafe's and restaurants around and 7eleven store. The pool is so nice, clean and cool. Our host met us at the house and gave us welcome fruit basket and fridge was full of cold bottles of water.

Cons: I can't find any imperfections except maybe absence of dishwasher, but we didn't cook in the house so there was no need in dishwasher actually

Pros: Отличная вилла, со своим бассейном, хорошее местоположение, чистый тихий район, рядом кафе, магазины, аптеки. До Каты 5 минут езды, пешком 15 минут. Мы очень довольны отдыхом. Это был наш первый опыт отдыха не в отеле и мы не пожалели, что выбрали эту виллу!

Cons: Минусов не было.

Pros: Отличное местоположение, очень добротный и красивый дом, светлый, большой, крепкая и надежная мебель. До пляжа Ката на байке 4е минуты, пешком около 25 минут. Отличный и ненавящивый клининг. Очень лояльное заселение и выселение. Идеально для комнании на 8 человек или большой семьи.

Cons: Из особенностей: оживленная дорога рядом, на втором этаже три комнаты и две из них с общей ванной и туалетом.
