Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort

Fantastic and average.

Pros: The setting is really beautiful and the delux bungalows were lovely and spacious and comfortable. For the most part the staff were lovely. Especially the ladies.

Cons: We stayed the first night in a beachfront bungalow which wasn’t very nice and honestly not worth €180 p/n. Also some of the male staff were extremely grumpy.

Looking forward to coming back one day!

Pros: Accessed via boat. We were welcomed and shown to our accommodation, loved it!! Facing directly onto the beach and a short walk from the main restaurant area. Very quiet and peaceful, this resort is set far away from the party area. There are bungalows set further back and up into the jungle so this isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues, choose your accommodation wisely. Pay more to be at the front for uninterrupted views. It’s very rustic and just what we wanted. Felt like we were in a tree house! The room had all we needed and the beds were comfortable. There is no entertainment. Onsite shop and thai massage. You can hire snorkelling gear. Staff are super friendly and helpful. This was truly a little slice of paradise. The fish nibble so be aware if you’re snorkelling!

Cons: We have no complaints, we were sad to leave Phi Phi Relax :(

Peaceful and beautiful.

Pros: Beautiful location. Loved the beach and being able to snorkel off the beach. Great bar on the beach and great restaurant. Staff all really lovely. Great to escape the chaos of Tonsai village.

Pros: The location, the beach, the restaurant, the nature, food, everything is very very beautiful. The staff were helpful. Bungalows were clean, protected from the insects. I recommend AC in the room, it's too hot otherwise. Daily room service brings you water everyday. They provide almost everything, you don't need to go to the center of phi phi. And prices are not so different then the town. If you wanna have a relaxing time, enjoy the sea and the environment, highly highly recommended. The restaurant in the hotel is not expensive. You have many foods and very healthy fresh fruit options. (Going to town is not easy) You need to use the shuttle boat for a certain time. They also have pick up services.

Cons: Shuttle boat service is nice but not many times per day. This makes planning hard. For example even with the pick up service, you should wait for the shuttle boat time when you arrive at the phi phi center. It was hard to wait an hour in the sun with luggage. And i thought we would go directly after arrival. And they need better communication. I couldn't get a lot of answers on Whatsapp when i asked some details. Specifically about shuttle boats.

Pros: We loved the white clean beach and the amazing water, the bungalows and nature away from everything. The sweet staff, good food and the amazing Zaw who took us snorkling at Phi Phi Leh and learned our daughters about sharks, Monkeys and gave incredible fire show in the night.

Very good beach resort

Cons: Rooms are very dark and need updating

FABULOUS!!!

Pros: Location, and accommodation right on the beach was just fabulous. 30 mins boat ride from the main pier. Couldn’t fault it, we would come back in a heartbeat. We won’t forget this place

Cons: We got totally ripped off on a “special” valentines meal. We were promised a special night that didn’t happen. We were placed away from the restaurant area and seemed to be ignored. I had to walk to the main restaurant to get drinks and salt:)The fixed meal was very poor. Such a shame as everything else was amazing.

Best hollidays ever.

Pros: It was absoultelly the best place we have ever been to!! With my wife and 2 doughters (7 and 10) decided to visit Thailand to Celebrate 15th anniversary. After Bangkok and Chang Mai we wanted to find a place to chill and rest. Intially we booked house on the beach for 6 days, but decided to extend it to 7, Name of resort is RELAX and it is exactly what you do here. Staff is great and helpfull, trips are very satisfaying (we saw sharks during sharks tour, fire show, etc). But what really is tremeondous is the sillent and nature. You are wake up by the waves, go to swim in the morning, 5m away - coral reef, you can stay on beach until what time you want, and still you are few m away from house. Resort is excellent. Definatelly worth going back here. Greetings from room 17 and then 64. Team - you are the best!! One of the best place we have ever been to :-)

Short and wonderful

Pros: The location, food is exceptionally good and the employees are very nice. Need to improve a bit English, even though very good!

Cons: The stars need to have more steps and be less steep, I believe this can help a lot.

Pros: Everything was great. Everyone was very welcoming, food and drinks were tasty. The bungalow was simple but had all you needed to be comfortable . The beach was beautiful and you can snorkel and see many fish. A big plus is that very quiet comparing to the island “centre”.
