Pros: The view from our room was hard to beat. Compared to the reviews, we didn't mind the noise from the downtown music. When the door was closed, it was hard to hear it and when on the balcony, it was a nice background The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful - checked us in at 11 am already, since we arrived with the morning ferry (despite the later official check-in time).
Cons: Indeed, it is located on the way to the viewpoint, so you need to climb some stairs before reaching it. But it is not too bad. You just need to allow yourself about 15 minutes to reach it from the beach and downtown and 20-25 mins to be safely in the port, so you need to do more planning.

Great room with amazing views!
Pros: The view is worth all the steps and also lots of room for luggage!
Cons: Nothing really I’d just make sure to contact the resort prior if you want help with luggage as it said they meet you there but they didn’t show up for us.

Nice stay with a spectacular view!
Pros: The view from the room is truly spectacular, as promised on the photos - that was amazing. The beds were comfortable, room was clean, shower worked well, air conditioning worked well. The location is further away from bar\\restaurants\\clubs, so we didn't hear much noise from there, which was a relief. The amount of stairs is huge (as mentioned in other comments), but if you know about it - they you are prepared and it is not an issue. Also, hotel provides help with carrying your luggage, you just need to request it in advance - but it's better not to have too many heavy bags. The breakfast was good, and also you can eat during the day at their local restaurant.
Cons: There was no hair dryer, which was a bit a surprise for that price. But, I guess, all properties on the island are super expensive. At least here the view compensates everything. At the balcony you shall be careful about monkeys and always close the windows.

Pros: The location was high with lots of stairs, but the view is amazing. The room was enough. Staff is great. They carried all the luggage from the pier to the hotel room for free.

Great location superb view
Pros: Great room. Clean comfortable. Friendly polite staff. Collected from the pier and taken to hotel. View from room was stunning. Food in the restaurant was superb.
Cons: The monkeys caused chaos on the balcony in the morning 🙈🙈but wouldn’t put me off staying again

Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a short stay, plus a lovely view. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely book again. There is a restaurant on site; we only had breakfast there, but it was substantial and satisfying.There are quite a few steps leading up to the accommodation, which didn’t bother us, but it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Great hotel on Phi Phi
Pros: The view from this hotel is so gorgeous. The steps are not as bad as other reviews say. If you are relatively healthy and young you’ll be fine! The staff also very kindly help bring bags up and down at check in / check out. The staff here are really lovely and helpful. The room is plain but the bed is really comfy and it was clean. Thank you so much!

Pros: Amazing place! For sure we recommend this place! The view was amazing, and we got a room with a balcony which made things 10 times better! Once we arrived in pier , they collected our luggage and bring them up to the hotel,which was really helpful. Hotel wasn’t far from any of the activities. I was a bit scared when I was reading all those comments for the stairs, but it was actually pretty fine for us! We did this up and down multiple times during day and night ! Staff were really helpful as well! Thank you!
